My wife and I eat here about twice a month. I do like their food and wings are good. However, recently they had their Monday night special on wings. So my wife and I took advantage of half off on their wings on Monday nights and have dined in a few times on Monday nights frequently the past weeks. I came back for a visit for a take out order tonight for their Monday night wing special. Coming in I began my order and had planned to order 35 wings and an appetizer. I found out quickly they do not give half off wings for takeout orders. I think this is very unfortunate. I felt their wings have always been on the higher end over other places but to have to pay twice as much for wings on a take out during a Monday night special, when everyone dining in gets the half off special. It's a big screw you to the customer. Essentially, what your are saying is the guy sitting down ten feet from me pays half for their wings because they are dining in. They may be spending more because they ordered a coke/drink, where I may not be ordering a drink but still spending significant money on a take out trying to enjoy the same special. I just don't see how they can think a customer is going to be happy paying twice as much for wings just because they are picking up an order and not dining in. Anyway, I turned around walked out. They lost not only my business tonight but we will not be going there in the future anywhere like we have in the past. Sad because we live just a few miles away and this was one of our neighborhood restaurants. But on principe, I can't support a business that would act this ridiculous, and on top of this, waste my time driving to their location tonight. It's a slap in the face to both new customers checking them out and regular customers who support them. Even if it was in the fine print somewhere, do your really want to treat your...
Read moreTerrible experience, terrible food and terrible service. We arrived around 6:45 on a Friday night. It was crowded but didn't have to wait for a table. They put our party of 7 in the back room that had three large party tables, the other two table were full with about 10 -12 people. Atmosphere: there was a large fold up ladder lying horizontally on the floor behind our table and a large plastic storage bin next to our table. Three of the TVs were unplugged with the cords dangling. 4 of the 7 chairs at our high-top table were about to fall apart and were very unstable. Service: this was really the worst part of the whole experience. Our drink orders were taken promptly, but that was it. About 10 minutes after our drinks arrived I was able to 'grab' the waitress when she walked but had no intention of checking on us and put in an order for fried mozzarella sticks. After those arrived, it was like we were invisible. At the one-hour mark with no orders taken yet, the waitress came back and was taking care of the two other tables but completely ignored us. When I tried to flag her down, she avoided eye contact and said something like "just a minute". She went back to the kitchen though without taking our orders. One in our party decided he had had enough and left. About 10 minutes later she finally came to take our orders. Our food arrived about 15 minutes later. Food: the chicken dishes were the worst which is ironic since they're a chicken restaurant. The Nuggets and the Feathers were overcooked and chewy. The burgers were just OK - nothing to...
Read moreBasically, my family and I were seated and no waitress never came to acknowledge the table. We sat for 10 minutes as another party who was seated after us received drinks. Neither of the two waitress looked our way, we left without saying anything. I left and spent my money at Buffalo Southwest where the crowd was more diverse. I refuse to support this establishment going forward.
First, I would like to say that I’m a regular customer. I prefer Wild Wing Cafe over any other Wing establishments. The wings are cooked to perfection and they’re just the right size at the Braselton location. Now, with that said, today my family and I decided to go and sit down for wings. We were seated to the left away from the bar which is what I preferred so that we wouldn’t have to talk over the music. I would also like to mention there was really a small crowd (meaning fairly scarce inside, everyone seemed to be around the bar area). There were two waiters working our area, not once did any of the two acknowledge us after we were seated. I watched one couple leave from a table shortly after we were seated and a party of 3 was seated at the same table shortly after. I watched one waiter ask the table who was seated after us what they wanted to drink, meanwhile the other waiter checked on a table to the right of us on three different occasions. My wife said I should order and not leave a tip but I disagreed and decided not to...
