Let's just say I will not be returning. I am VERY big on customer service & you can tell the young kids they hire here just don't care. I ordered 6 piece xx hot wings online. In the special requests section, I meant to type "PLEASE DO NOT DRENCH WINGS", however autocorrect must've switched the word 'drench' to 'French'. Okay, I understand that's a mistake on my part, however, one of the things I would've done is 1. Used my context clues since there were no fries ordered 2. Called the customer to figure out what was meant. When I arrive to pick up my order, a sweet girl asks what l meant. I told her, she showed me the food and asked if I considered them drenched. I politely said "yes I do, it doesn't even look extra crispy to be honest. Are they able to remake it" She calls over a rude, boy who must've just been ready to go home by the name of jacob, and asked if they could remake them. He comes over with the worst attitude, "THOSE ARE NOT EVEN DRENCHED" I said, "how are you going to tell the customer what they considered drenched or better yet soaked in Xxhot sauce?"
Jacob then responds, "I'm just saying they don't look drenched to me-they look dry actually", He didn't try to come up with a solution. Didn't ask to give my money back, refund it, he just said call my manager in the morning. Then kept sweeping. I threw away the wings when I got home. I won't be returning, because if these are the type of disrespectful kids they are hiring, I have no desire...
Read moreSign on the door stating 20 mins before close the grill is cut off and 10 mins before close the fryer is turn off. Ok I was there 8:35pm cool i made before everything is cut off. I came with another person they ordered and got there food but when i ordered they said the grill was cut off. I ask how can my friend order and get their food but i can't ¯(ツ)/¯ (all their food was grill items.) My issue is not with the sign on the door i respect that but if was in the door respectfully before everything was cut off so i should be able to complete my order and get my food. The cashier was great didn't have a problem with her but on a customer service level your business was WRONG! So what I'm getting from this is that if 5 people came in at 8:30pm but last person ordered was taken until 8:41pm that person can't get their food. You need to use better discretion. I even had to wait for 20 minutes for the manager to come to get a refund. It was my second time ever coming to this establishment and will be my last time, even though i think their food was pretty good but because it really left a sour taste in my mouth i won't patronize they business again unless this issue is addressed. Customer service come first and foremost.
(((Follow up)))....2/17/24....It is amazing that this has been posted for over a year. I haven't yet been addressed by a Mgr, Sup or Owner in regards to this...
Read moreThis place has maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in the day before my son’s first birthday to order 100 wings, I paid for them and told them a family member would pick them up at 1:30. My brother in law was running late and got to the WNB at 3, then told him that the wings weren’t ready because they ASSUMED after one hour that no one was coming and ATE THEM. WHAT?! When we asked if we could then cancel since they weren’t ready, they said no. My BIL sat there for 40 minutes waiting for the new wings.. it was until I called the store and had to confront the employees that they told me they haven’t even started the order. The manager, Nicole, REFUSED to refund me but never spoke to me directly. My BIL sat at this place for close to 2 hours for some wings that should’ve been ready when he got there.
