This Kroger is always busy, and should ALWAYS have registers staffed with EMPLOYEES. But yesterday as 10 of us were waiting to self check out we were informed that they (3 emp) were TRAINING customers on how to use the new self check outs instead of opening up lanes... NEVER again will I shop here in store, EVER. If I do return to Kroger it will be a pick up order and if I receive any item with so much as one dent or scratch or a slight lack of peak freshness, I will submit for it for an item refund.
