It is one of the biggest Krogers. Over the past several months, they moved 70% of the items to a different ailse, sometimes several aisles different from years of being at the same place. To put it mildly, trying to find where they have moved stuff is a bother. "Just ask an employee." What a lousy answer, if it was supposed to ease the burden.... Those employees often go to an app on 'their' phone, an app not on mine, nor do I want it. What 'bean counter' thought moving everything around would increase sales? Parking can be rough by kroger especially if you have a disability as many times you have to walk In from deep in the lot. Entering and exiting this location is the biggest challenge, if you are a easily scared driver you may want to go elsewhere as exiting on to 124 is risky I have seen many accidents from people trying to cross turning left toward Hamilton Mill. But yesterday as 10 of us were waiting to self check out we were informed that they (3 emp) were TRAINING customers on how to use the new self check outs instead of opening up lanes... NEVER again will I shop here in store, EVER. If I do return to Kroger it will be a pick up order and if I receive any item with so much as one dent or scratch or a slight lack of peak freshness, I will submit for it for an item refund.
