This placed has leveled up since they dropped KFC. We came 3 nights ago (around 10PM) and it was one of the top Taco Bell experiences I’ve had in my life. Food was hot and service was fast. We decided to return tonight. Mobile order again. We live really close by like less than 2 mins away and it’s convenient. We are excited that we don’t have to visit Auburn Roads location for decent service. We waited in line for a normal amount of time tonight. I guess I was overly confident and I skimmed my bags quickly before driving off in a hurry. I got home, we unloaded the bags and realized it was missing 1 enchilada burrito and 1 chips and cheese. These are $5 max together of my $40 order. I still have the app receipt up and drive back, not bothering to load bags back into my car. They were super nice on the speaker as I explained and only asked for a receipt. I pull around and a younger woman leans out the of the window and says “where are your bags? I made that order for you and everything was there.” I start showing the screen of what two items were missing. She starts kind of arguing and she ends it with “you may want to call your husband back to recheck the bags and I’ll only give you chips and cheese”. I feel like a more appropriate thing would’ve been to ask me to come back with the bags if it was that serious. Or make me pay again and I can dispute my missing items on the app. I pulled out my wallet and called my family back home to explain that I’d be repurchasing the missing items based on her reaction. She comes back to the window and hands me a bag with all of my missing items and lets the window close before I can even respond or hand her my credit card. The nicer manager was at the window behind her and offered a polite and apologetic smile. The location is better, I’ll give you that but it certainly needs improvement still. The manager was nice and sensible but I feel like the employee was very defensive and accusatory. I wasn’t trying to get anyone in trouble. They did make a mistake with my order but I wasn’t mad about it and I wasn’t demanding for anything specific. It never occurred to me that me returning to say something was missing would turn into this huge debate. I get that others may take advantage but I am not that type of person and I don’t appreciate the insinuation. It’s likely she gave some of my items to the next car in line or they were still waiting for me in the warmer. I didn’t lash out and I appreciate that I was still given the items I was owed. I just wish I was met with a bit more kindness considering the amount of money I just spent and that I’d returned in less than 10 minutes. It’s not like I could’ve eaten it and returned for free food. Luckily, the food was still hot, fresh and great overall but we will hold back on returning.

I generally have lower standards when it comes to taco bell anyway, but this one's pretty rough. It takes about an hour once you get into the drive-thru line until you get your food (which is heartbreaking as you watch the chickfila next door go through 50+ cars in the meantime). They usually get the order wrong too, so MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG AT THE WINDOW. The past 2 orders I've taken home, I've been missing my husband's chalupa. And I always order no sour cream on every order for myself, but that's always hit or miss too. And then when we call to try to do something about it (refund or an iou or something, no one ever answers the phones.) Also, they are NOT open early, regardless of their hours posted on the drive-thru window. They open for lunch. Also, they are NOT open for dine-in. They have a little sign on the door. They tried for about a week and I guess couldn't keep up? Also, their freeze machine IS. NEVER. WORKING. And if you buy a freeze via the mobile app, they'll just give you a soda in its place. No refund or anything, so you'll be out 60-70 cents for every freeze you order. I'm just hoping that when/if it's finally working, they'll let me change my soda to a freeze at no charge with all the extra money I've given them from ordering full of hope for that blue raspberry freeze before I finally gave up on them ever getting the machine to work... ((Edit: Originally gave 2 stars, but after waiting 45 minutes or more for orders that are wrong AND cold the last 5 times we've come here (NOT exaggerating), I'm confidently putting it down to 1 star.)) So in conclusion, if you're extremely patient and not picky, feel free to come get some tacos and play a phone game or listen to music while you wait and check your bag before you go, and you're good. However, if you've got cranky kids to feed, DO. NOT. COME. HERE. Or you will experience what I did the other day and have a screaming baby in the backseat and once you turn into the drive-thru to order, you're stuck until you make it all the way through (unless you wanna jump the curb). Sometimes the taco isn't worth it. (Picture is of tonight's Fiesta Potatoes after I scooped out the sour cream. Sometimes this side is really good. Today it was cold and they barely gave me any potatoes at all. Sigh. The quality is SO inconsistent at this location.)

This is my second attempt at ordering the Mexican pizza at this location since it’s been back out, I just waited 20 minutes in drive thru paying just about $20 as well for my order to look like it had been thrown in the box. My pizza is over cooked, no cheese on it just drowned in red sauce the center of my pizza there was a tiny scoop of beef and no beans?! I asked for no sour cream on my side tacos and all you see opening the taco is sour cream spilling out my taco, my chicken quesadilla was basically just an over cooked tortilla, my whole order was disappointing, I will not give this location another dime!

This is the second time we’ve had a delivery order that was literally cancelled an hour after being placed. My fiancé placed the order around 5:45 pm and got a text message 35 minutes later saying the order had been modified or canceled, and to call the store. This is again after 35 MINUTES went by, and a driver was assigned and everything to the order. We ordered through the Taco Bell app, for reference. He called the store as per the instructions from the text, and the girl who answered said she did not have any idea what he was talking about and she had no order for that name. So at this point, we’re trying to figure out what happened. We double check that we called the right location, and at this point I call to see if we can bring in the electronic receipt and just pick the order up (already inconvenient because the automatic store for delivery wasn’t our closest Taco Bell.) At this point, an hour has gone by. She says she won’t make the order if it’s not “on her screen”. I tell her we were charged for the order and can bring the receipt. She then accused the driver of taking the order and cancelling, which is crazy because she had told my fiancé she never had any online orders and no orders under that name. She also claimed to be the GM. She was not willing to help in any way unless we wanted to pay for the order again, and drive over there where she would “personally hand it to us.” She was completely rude the entire time. She also said that once you pay on the app, the order goes straight through to them. So what happened in the 35 minutes before our order was supposedly cancelled?? I just have so many questions. I’d love to believe this was a fluke, if the same exact thing hadn’t happened to us back in February with this same location. Terrible location with awful customer service and terrible management. Save yourself some money because you will never receive the...
