The only reason why I opened a SunTrust account it was my understanding my new employers payroll was drawn from a SunTrust account and I wanted my own account. After making my first attempt at Mobile deposit, due to the fact of my work schedule, it failed and I received a error message. When I walked into the Stone Mountain Branch, the teller never questioned why I was trying to deposit my check (apparently my deposit via mobile did go through). Fast forward, no one contacted me regarding the fraud alert on my account. I have been trying to resolve this issue and without my paycheck for a week. I keep getting the runaround, no money available to me to pay my bills and having run around in circles to get his resolved only to run out of gas. SunTrus has lost my business. I hope and pray I will FINALLY get my money so I can take my business elsewhere. There is no excuse for holding my money from me. Read moreWhen I opened my account my last name was spelled wrong but since I deposited my whole check they accepted it, a fraud charge happened my whole check, investigation is 10 days, been way past that took me a week to get someone in fraud department, I requested to be called back instead of holding i got a call back next day and day before that I was on hold 2 hours. Went to cash another check but because I wouldn't deposit my check again they wouldn't cash it, they suppose to provision a payment back in your account when fraud happens, it hasn't been done...
