Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

I had the most HORRIBLE experience at this location today. I go in to order my food. All is well. Apparently they were out of Coke and instead of the cashier advising me of the fact. She vive me carbonated water insteD. I find out once I am down the street. I return to advise them of the fact and the So Called manager Cason was Very unprofessional about the situation. He stated that he had Coke in his Car (if that's the case...why didn't you bring it in when you arrived) Anyway, he goes to the back and starts talking about me. The cashier that gave me the carbonated drink is now slamming the lil cooler door. What reason does she has to me mad. She is the one that started it all by not saying that they were out of Coke. He takes over five minutes and I stated to him that my food was getting cold. And he rudely states that he will give me a refund. Never making the effort to change the Coke out. I then ask for a large cup of ice so I buy a Coke at the stor. He refused to give me a large cup of ice. I should have at least got that for the bad customer service. Neither him or the manager ever gave me an apology. I end up getting a total refund and as the black manager refunded me. The manager Cason then changes out the Coke. . I worked here from january 2022 to june 2022, i cannot begin to compliment how great this establishment is. to give you some personal insight, while working here i was at my worst, mentally. i struggled daily with doing almost anything. the management here took note of my mental state and accepted me with open arms. they gave me a flexible schedule that kept me busy but didn’t overwhelm me. although i made many mistakes on the job, my co-workers and managers were always extremely understanding and forgiving. never in my life have i experienced so much care and acceptance in the workplace before working here. i’d like to give some praise to a few mangers and coworkers who truly made a difference in my work experience here, those include; Curtis Baker, Shakiya Simmons, Terrence Herry, Cameron Waters, Jude Layman, Enrique Tovias, Taylor Nesbitt, Jackie Ramirez, Devin Baily, Jordan Hampton, and Andrea Giron. I would recommend anybody to work here, without question.

as far as the food and service is concerned, this is probably the best zaxbys establishment around. the food is always prepared fresh and fast, and it’s always served with smiles.

I visited this location recently and was highly disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a wings combo and asked to add ranch and cheese to my fries. I even mentioned that I was willing to pay for the extra sauces, knowing it was an addition. However, the cashier told me she could only give me a side of ranch and cheese, but she couldn’t put it on the fries.

I asked for clarification since I didn’t mind paying, but she repeated that it wasn’t something they could do with a combo order. That made no sense to me because why charge me for the items separately and put them in a bag, but refuse to add them to the fries I specifically requested? I obviously didn’t have a warmer in my car to melt cheese over fries myself so I was quite frustrated.

In the end, I told her not to worry about it and just took my order plain. But when I pulled up to the window, she was nonchalant and dismissive, almost as if she was irritated that I even asked more than once about the add-ons. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unaccommodating.
