Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Let me first just start by saying I am forced to atleast give one star. I already am not a huge fan of Zaxbys however, I eat it often because my other half loves it. Every time we go here everyone acts absolutely stupid, incompetent, even the manager; I have told her they needed a new speaker box and she said yeah I don’t know I think it’s our headset.. like if their is a problem and you already know it.... ADDRESS IT. Today my boyfriend goes through the drive thru 1st gives him the wrong meal, then charged us for the wrong meal.. the meal they already charged us for was less than ours so then we had to pay again & wait for the little highschool moron to figure out how to give us money in cash because honestly we didn’t trust him with our card again. They gave us wrong drinks / no sauces etc. My point is when it’s your f* up don’t make us pay for that. I went to dine in yesterday night around 9pm. I first walked in and was welcomed with a associate saying they are out of chicken. I asked the cashier "Do you have any chicken?" and she looked at me and walked to the people in the back and asked. They all looked at me and said of course we have chicken. I was just checking because one of there associates said they didn't. That made me feel very uncomfortable. I then ordered a chicken plate, grilled cheese, and sandwich. The food came out in a timely mater which wasn't bad. The people where nice besides the people in the kitchen thinking Im dumb asking if a chicken place ran out of chicken. We received the food and were fairly disappointed. The chicken was over cooked, the bread was barely cooked, and the fries had no seasoning. The cheese was barely melted. Last but not least, the sandwich had an overload of Zax sauce. Overall I was very disappointed in my dinning experience. I came to this location today, as it is one of my most visited places to eat. I stopped by the drive thru on my way home from work and like usual, I expected great service and to leave happy. Today, I left this facility with sadness in my heart. When I got done ordering my food, I assume the button on the drive thru headset had gotten stuck, because what I heard come out of a gentlemans mouth as I was about to pull forward was ABSOLUTELY not very kind. I was not sure who these obscene comments were directed toward, UNTIL I pulled up to the window and witnessed these young men capturing another employee on their phone video and making fun of her. It is so sad to see this young generation doing such hateful things to one another. It's such a shame. And where was the manager during all of this?
