Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Two times at the Thomasville location my mobile order has been delayed for 30+ minutes. Tonight I placed an order - arrived and check in early - and I ended up getting my food more than 30 minutes later than my time to arrive at curbside. Every car in the drive thru had to pull to the side to wait for their food. They still got their food before I did. I didn’t get my food until after the restaurant closed, they also did not give me my drink, but I couldn’t bear waiting any longer. If there was more than one Zaxbys in town I would choose that one, but sadly there is not. I could probably drive to Bradfordville and get my food and drive back home before I’d get my food at the Thomasville location. No cars in the drive thru line with 4 workers looking out of the window, and I still get no service? The young woman who brought me my food apologized profusely because she’d noticed I’d been there so long. She also had to start taking peoples’ food to them in the rain, so absolute gratitude for her and her service. Need more workers like her. The manager who was just standing at the drive thru window and looking out the curbside door - what was the purpose of him being there if he was doing nothing...

It is Tuesday April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 I am in the Thomasville Georgia Zaxby's restaurant just ate the most incredible house salad ever ..Quez the gentleman who made my salad and I'm sure I've spelled his name wrong did his thing on this salad I have never in all the years eating a Zaxby's anywhere in the United States have ever had a salad made the way he did it you did not have to look for the cucumbers you did not have to look for your onions you do not have to look for cheese compared to other restaurants where you feel like you get a pince cucumbers a pinch of fried onions maybe looks like you get four pieces of cheese two or three tomatoes this was incredible I cannot say enough there was a handful of everything so when you mix your salad you tasted everything you didn't have to search for a cucumber or a piece of meat. I hope they keep their gentleman here for a long time I will continue to come back as long as he's here Kim the manager and the staff are very friendly very nice all smiles very courteous it is a pleasure to come into a restaurant with a good atmosphere good service good staff and good food keep it up...

Delivery driver here. I got 2 orders. Told Zaxby I had arrived. Waited 20 minutes. Checked on my order again. Was told they are not making any delivery orders until their drive through and lobby customers were served. The drive through was out to the high way and lobby was full. The restaurants can turn off their delivery orders so customers can stop ordering when they get this busy. I was told they cannot turn it off. I then contacted the delivery service. They confirmed they restaurant can turn off orders. Both my orders had to be cancelled. So both customers waited over an hour after their order was placed to end up getting nothing. I got paid a total of $2 for over 20 minute wait in restaurant and another 30 minutes on the phone with delivery service.
