7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Thomasville

I’d like to start by saying I patronize 7 brew very regularly. This past Thursday evening, I ordered the same large smoothie I always order but this day it was made completely different and not in a good way. The smoothie tasted horrible and it had the consistency of juice, not a smoothie. I was rushing to a practice but I took the drink back (barely even touched, completely full) to 7Brew after my son’s practice about a hour later. The drink had sat in my car because I knew I would be returning it to have it remade. I called but apparently 7Brew has a corporate number and you can’t talk to anyone at the local branch. I showed the young lady that took my order the drink and she asked for the drink back. This did not bother me but instead of making me a new drink like I requested, they took the old drink that had sat in a hot car for an hour, threw it back in the blinder and just added ice. Took them probably less than 1 minute. I watched the young man with curly hair and glasses do this from my car. This is a major concern for me that they would do that because this drink contains milk which spoils and the 7Brew employee threw the old drink with spoiled ingredients back in a blender, added ice, and gave it back to me. At this point, I no longer trusted him to make my drink again so I just left. This was a major slap in the face because I support this business very regularly and rather than just fix the mistake your employees took the lazy route and gave me a drink back with spoiled milk and who...

I want to start by saying that I am a frequent customer of 7Brew. I usually start my day by grabbing a medium or large Hot Cinnamon Roll or Smooth 7 coffee and will end my day with a large iced Funnel Cake Macchiato. After my recent visit at the Thomasville, Ga location, I was informed that I would no longer receive the first responder discount. I would like more information regarding the reason 911 dispatchers do not qualify as a first responder. In my defense, dispatchers work the same hours as law enforcement(12 hrs), dispatchers are literally the first person someone talks to in an emergency, dispatchers are the ones that send the appropriate help to any scene either it be a simple traffic accident or deadly shooting. Granted, dispatchers do not rush to the scenes but we are the ones holding the lines to ensure help arrives and that officers are safe upon arrival and throughout the event. Before being notified that I did not qualify for the discount, 7Brew was apart of my morning routine without a second thought. After being notified, I am not so sure about returning. I would like to see that dispatchers be considered as first responders, and not just a call taker. Dispatchers play a vital role in keeping people, property, and communities safer.

Edit: The gentleman in question is no longer at this location, so I’m updating to say that 7 Brew is absolutely wonderful. My drinks are always consistent and everyone I deal with is extremely friendly. I consider myself a regular as I’m there almost every day for coffee. Normally it’s a very pleasant experience until yesterday. I went through to order my regular coffee and overheard a gentleman telling his coworkers in what seemed a serious conversation that they don’t hire fat or ugly people. That’s such an ugly thing to say. I was not the only person in the drive thru at the time, so I can only imagine that someone else overheard it too. I know for a fact that comment upset one or more of his coworkers.. Very unprofessional 7Brew! You need to understand that your comment, whether true or not, shows that you discriminate during the hiring...
