Ordered the Sweet & Spicy Pizza the night of 6/10/23. Pizza came out overcooked, and drenched in an unknown spicy sauce. So much sauce I couldn’t taste the condiments on the pizza, I could not taste the cheese either, nor could I taste the pizza crust. The only thing I tasted was an abundance of an unknown spicy sauce that had been squirted all over the pizza. The most unsettling part of the evening was having an over-served drunk patron sit down next to me at the bar while I tried to wash down the bad taste of spicy sauce with a Corona. A drunk that yelled in my ear unintelligibly over and over before shoving both his middle fingers in my face. Bartender ignored me when I tried to get his attention to make a complaint about the drunk. Eventually the bartender cut the drunk guy and his friend off before sending them out the front door. The following are my ratings: Food - One (1) Star, Service - Two (2) Stars, and Atmosphere - Three (3) Stars. Patron Safety - I give this place Zero (0) Stars for not taking the safety of their customers seriously, and for not taking action in a timely manner to protect their customers from over-served patrons of their establishment. The bartender warned the drunk guy over and over about his behavior, but still served him multiple rounds of beer. This was my first and last time at this place. I came to this restaurant/bar to see Chicken Joe & The Fabulous Cocks perform. By far the music was the best part of the evening, and I give the Music...

Wanted to try something different for Friday date night, so my wife and I visited this place. First impressions: It's nice that they have dedicated parking for guests... a rare thing in the part of Gig Harbor. Nice, clean place. However clearly understaffed... it took 10 minutes for a host to come by to seat us. The bar was packed (likely because it didn't require host seating). The rest of the place was about 1/3 full.

Once seated, however, the service was great for the most part. The menu had plenty of choices. We went with a salad each and a 12" braised beef pizza to split. The complimentary bread course was delicious and sizeable. My caesar side salad and my wife's house salad were both perfectly sized, and the dressing on the side instead of pre-dressed was perfect for those of us watching calories. The pizza was wonderful. Herbed crust was ideal thickness, the braised beef was unique and tasty, with roasted garlic cloves and just enough cheese to make that nice stringy pull when selecting a piece. Maybe the balsamic drizzle was a bit heavy... our only food complaint. And it's tiny.

At the end of the meal, the service slowed again... it took 20 minutes to get the check and a box for the leftovers. But we'd left enough time for our dinner before the movie that the delay wasn't an issue for us. Might have been for others.

The best surprise came with the bill: a pizza (with leftovers), bread, two drinks, two salads: $40. Great value for a pleasant evening. ...

Dined here last night...our first visit since the ownership change. Wife ordered the chicken alfredo. I attempted to order the smaller sized pizza, but was told they didn't have any left, only the large size. What?? So clearly they don't make their own dough/crust. I agreed on the large size, even though it was just me. I also ordered a small Caesar salad. The waitress returned with our sodas and asked if we wanted some bread. We said, "Sure". Shortly after she delivered a nice looking loaf of herb bread...except it wasn't cooked as the center was cold and even wet. Our waitress said she would bring another but we said we would prefer just to reheat ours to save time. About 15 minutes later and our entrees arrived. No salad and no bread. When I asked the server (manager/owner?) to take the salad off my bill, she apologized. My waitress arrived a few minutes later and asked, "Did we talk about a salad" Talk? I ordered a salad, and it never arrived, nor did the bread.

Mistakes happen...but no offer to compensate was made. I paid for a large pizza when I wanted the smaller sized one. I never got a salad nor bread. The pizza was actually very tasty. Overall...a swing and a miss, but I believe in supporting our local businesses so I will give them...
