We met her through sheer luck and I’m so grateful. Super professional, but personable. She really got to know our specific needs quickly and held our hand through the very overwhelming process of buying a first home. It was a stressful process made significantly less stressful thanks to Megan. We could message her any time we had a question and she would quickly get back to us, usually with a phone call, to walk us through what we needed to know. Super flexible about setting up viewings and very willing to give her opinion, backed by what she understood we were looking for. Gave great advice as well, and has clearly built an excellent network of contacts. The mortgage broker she recommended? Wonderful. The person who did the inspection on her recommendation? Excellent. Was also very willing to get in our corner and fight for the things we wanted. We’re getting the exact house we want in the exact state we want it. Could not have had a better first home...

After the inspection, we were given “estimates” to fix things as leverage to lower price even more, putting us in the position of scrambling to find contractors on very short notice... my son had to break away from a work event as Ms. Lee had a signed rescission she threatened to submit by 9pm if he didn’t sign ...(this is where a “licensed plumber” requirement was erroneously left in, as our too-nice Redfin Realtor neglected to communicate the fact that the plumbing repair was already done.) Good faith efforts were ignored, including moss removed from the roof. Even day of closing, Ms. Lee was continuing to inflexibly push for the plumber’s license number while her buyers had parked their pod in front of the garage without permission or any kind of notice...
