Oh my gosh; where to even begin….I have come to this Starbucks since I was a little kid. I’m 36 now. Never in my life have I experienced such ineptitude. I will now write my only review ever for a Starbucks after 2+ DECADES of frequenting. Enjoy.**Go to the drive thru to order 2 Venti White Chocolate Mochas (WCM). They give me 1 WCM and 1 Americano. Then I have to pull back around and go inside. While inside, I see they have the correct drink already off to the side. This means they knew they served me the wrong one right away. I tell them and they apologize and give me the right drink and I go back to the truck, pick it up to take a sip and it’s literally HALFWAY FULL. Are you kidding me? So for the 3rd time I march back in there and I let them have it. They tell me they had a huge mess and obviously it was them dumping out half a drink on accident on the floor then trying to serve it to me. Absolutely asinine I have to come in to the store twice after the drive thru once to get a simple 2-drink order correct. There wasn’t anyone even in line. Like—this is the most pathetic excuses of an operation I have ever seen and it’s no wonder why Starbucks is losing it’s popularity and mystique nationally; these people are actual idiots and then want more money for royally butchering simple orders. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for serving me a halfway full drink on my 3rd time into the store. If a manager sees this, pull the video from 8:10 am and fire these employees ASAP. Read moreOh this morning must have been a bad day for the store as effort seemed to be at an all time low. The line wasn't too long in the drive-thru but after I had ordered I wasn't informed the total which was fine but when I drove up to the window I felt like The employee Josh was having a hard time staying awake at 10:30 in the morning as he just stood there and I had to ask him after a minute of just sitting around how much I owed him. Once I paid he seemed very lethargic in handing the drinks over and didn't seem aware that one of the drinks was made incorrectly. Once we handed it back we got it remade but the replacement tea had chunks of strawberry, or some kind of fruit remnants swirling around in what should of been a non-sweet green tea. Mistakes happen, right? That was, like one mistake out of two years. However, this morning my inquiry into my Americano (I ordered on the app, went inside to wait with other patrons, watched a couple come in and order at the counter and get their drink and depart, before I asked about mine) was followed by a little lecture from the barista on how busy they are.
