Mattress Firm Gig Harbor South — Hotel in Gig Harbor

I was tasked with finding the right mattress for our son's guest room and found the "perfect" Beautyrest mattress on two different websites. Unfortunately neither one could deliver before he needed it. Checking the Mattress Firm website, I saw that they carried the same mattress at the Point Fosdick location in Gig Harbor. I went in on Labor Day to buy it, but unfortunately, they didn't have that mattress, after all. I was just about to leave when I mentioned the price that the two Internet stores listed for the mattress, when Penny asked if I was still interested in the one mattress that was comparable (but actually a bit better) there in the store. I told her that I was interested if they could price match. She asked to see the advertisement, which I had on my phone, and she DID match the website sale price. Win / Win: I was able to purchase the mattress at the price I'd planned on and our son will have the mattress when he needs it. Penny was extremely helpful with the sale and with setting up delivery. My husband and I and our two kids were on a search for a twin mattress that we could take home same day. We didn’t want to spend more then x amount of dollars. I called before arriving as we didn’t want to get out of the car again for a disappointment as we did the last mattress firm we went to minutes before. John was very helpful. I let him know what we were looking to spend. Though he didn’t have the one we were calling about he did suggest a floor model that we could take home same day. The price wasn’t much more then our budge for the twin. So happy with it. While then we decided to lay on the Temperpidic... and that was it. Sold! We went in for the twin on a budget and walked out with a twin and a queen temper pedic. The only disappointment was it couldn’t be delivered same day. To be fair it was Friday at 6pm.
