TDLR - spend money elsewhere.
The detailed review :
If I could give zero stars and yes I would LOVE to elaborate exactly why. Disrespectful young women at the counter. I always find it fascinating when businesses are rude towards delivery drivers. I was delivering someone else’s items and based on how I was treated I will never spend money here and encourage others to do the same. Wow. It just amazes me because if I had acted the same as these young women why they would’ve called the police and cried harassment. Passive aggressive trashy employees - if you put as much work into your cheap makeup as you do into your job you wouldn’t have any issues (maybe you’d learn to be more respectful). There are so many places I can spend money so thank you for the terrible attitudes, disguising a pretentious overpriced menu - I’ve had better soft serve at Costco (albeit much cheaper and better customer service).
Words cannot express the frustration at the disrespectful attitudes, first impression creating a passive aggressive unsafe unprofessional environment with catty high school drama. Are you not a business with a license? Hire people who act the part. Because if this is the best customer service that could be offered, go elsewhere. I will. I will never order here, I went as far as to tell the company I was delivering for as a sole proprietor- gig worker - to blacklist me from the business as first impressions are everything. Two disrespectful white girls - and yes that does matter because I’m Hispanic and I think you had a bad attitude based on that. I mean it’s Gilbert after all lol. But with that said you made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable with zero provocation - and for that a one star review. I don’t ever need to taste your product again, won’t be in your parking lot and will avoid all other locations based on this unprofessional behavior - which is highly likely learned from management. Read moreWe placed an order online on Friday 5/26 at 2pm. I called to confirm they got my order and that they saw that request and upcharge of the gluten-free granola instead of regular granola since I have a sever nut allergy. The first time I called I stated I had an order gave my name and then the girl who picked up the phone preceeded to hang up on me. I had to call back a 2nd time and asked not to be hung up on and that I needed to ensure they saw the granola changed due to my severe nut allergy. She was extremely rude on the phone and just said yes. I asked if she could confirm this and said yes then said "did you need something else" I said no and she just hung up on me. When we got there to pick up our bowl, I attemped to ask to confirm again and the same girl didnt even answer and just walked away. We got home and sure enough the granola was not switched and I had an anaphylaxis reaction after taking 2 bites of my acai bowl. It's unbelievable how rude people are and them how much it's not taken seriously when this is life threatening. Proceed with caution if you gave an allergy, as they have a lot...
Read moreI absolutely love this place. It is fresh and oh, so good. My daughter got me started. I'm addicted! The thing is, I came in person, placed my order, the total was around $42.79. I handed her a $50 bill and told her to keep the change. She told me she couldn't take a $50 bill. I was like, seriously? You don't need to give me one penny back. She asked her manager and she said it was against policy to take a $50 bill. I could give her two $20's and a $10 dollar bill but no $50's. We give good tips at restaurants, uber eats, leave $ for workers at movie theater. I have given this place up to $10 to $20 for tips at times. I am not wealthy, I know it has been rough for businesses and just tryingto pass it forward. Anyway, I used my credit card and I told the manager it was against my policy to tip if they wouldn't take my cash. I know this may petty but it seems like are in their little boxes and they can't reason or think...
