Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gilbert

Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. I waited for 25-30 mins for a simple Alfredo pasta and cinnamon twists. No one came to let me know what was going on or to update me. Several other guests came in after and received there orders WAY before me as well as several delivery people were leaving and coming back before I got my food. After about 15 mins of waiting, I see the guy who took my order (the only nice person there who actually asked about my order) go ask a girl making the food where my order was. She looked around confused and realized she never even pulled my receipt order from the printer, so they hadn’t even started my order yet. Another 10 or so mins later, I’m ticked off, I go and ask a man where my order is. He says it’s in the oven and should be done soon. He offered for me to talk to the manager, I agreed. Then a few mins later he FINALLY comes back with my order and tells me the manager can talk to me but I’d have to wait even longer. No thanks. Why would I want to wait additional time on top of the 25-30 minutes I already waited for my food. This has ruined my opinion of this dominos location and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I ordered two medium cheese pizzas and a stuffed cheesy bread with two marinara sauces. I walked into to a team member making sandwiches he looked at me and said I’ll be right with you. Moments later he began making two additional sandwiches as which point I asked to be checked out. He called back to Jamie and Kara who apparently were in the back area the whole time. I proceed to checkout paying cash . I asked Jamie for a receipt and was denied one with him saying” we don’t give receipts to cash payments.” So I leave get home and the two marinara a sauces I paid the extra $1 for nowhere. I traveled back to the store and said to Jamie and Kara I needed my marinara sauces you never gave. It was at that point Kara said do you want a receipt I replied with no remember Jamie said you don’t do that.” Had I never walked back in I would have never even been offered a receipt and twice I have gone in previously and where out of receipt tape. My family loves pizza but this whole ordeal let’s me know to spend somewhere else. Just letting you know what little customer service they...

I ordered pizza from this domino’s on 3/20 and ordered two pizzas and wings. One pizza was supposed to be thin crust and I received regular with onions added on. I know for sure I wouldn’t add onions because I hate onions. I ended up having to throw the whole pizza out minus the one nauseating bite. I called in and he said because I took a bite out of the pizza, they couldn’t refund me. Not only that, when I was ordering, I had to repeat my address 3 times because he said it wasn’t saving on computer. The wings were so chewy and I couldn’t even eat those either. Also they asked for the wrong pizza back so most likely they are giving pizzas to customers that may have been a wrong order for someone else. I also did not receive a receipt so for all I know, I could have been triple charged. If you can go to another pizza place do it, because they are so high they can’t even get an order right.
