So I usually don’t leave review like this. I hipped I get a response.
I used to respect this place will never give money to them again and I hope Dos Cabezes see this as well
Why do we came here? Just have a good time and by the time and had another place to go to. I came with my two daughters who are both of age and has legal ID.
They were Stereotypes them as they look really young and try to try to 20 questioned them. With the comment “you look really young and the other one I don’t feel comfortable serving but I guess I have too since she had a passport” I am in a service industry and would never treated like this
I will never spend money there again or support them at the winery.
She had made up her mind that she didn’t want to service, regardless of what we were going to say. She was looking for a reason to not. we were very respectful
So won’t let me respond but I understand your response my problem isn’t the daughter that didn’t have proper identification. It was degrading my daughter that did and WILL NOT spend another dime at an establishment that will degrade my daughter. The one that gave proper identification was told you still look to young I wouldn’t serve u if I didn’t have too. If you think that good customer service shame on your business. You lost a good customer who was willing to buy bottles of wine. Instead I’ll go to a place I trust and respect. Love to have conversation but you put no way for me to contact you. So I will stand by my review. I have already takes 2 people in not going...
Read moreIf you like a wine bar this is a great spot highly recommend. In fact my wife and I's first date. Sadly they changed the way it used to run. You were previously able to bring a beer over from the brewery and have pizza sent to you. The last time we went it's wine only. I get it, I just don't like it. I'd much prefer to sit on that side and enjoy the music and fire pits. I'm certain people abused the privilege and that's why it's gone. It just sucks because I don't like wine, but I'd be happy to pay for a bottle for my wife and just enjoy my beer. This was our go to date spot and we just don't go anymore. We loved the communal idea when we would first go there but sometime after 2020 that just disappeared. I hope they will reconsider for customers like me who just don't like wine. Again I understand you probably won't. Update. I read the owners reason and seems legit. I also commend the no kids after 5 policy because it's a bar. I still am sad it won't be the way it was because there are so many options that are, but this is a fine establishment if you love wine, you will just have to sit across the way if you...
Read moreMy family loves going here to enjoy some Fire & Brimstone, a glass of wine, and live music on the weekends outside. One of our favorites. The people are always nice and knowledgeable.
UPDATE: It's really sad that you've made it so responsible families with well behaved kids are no longer able to enjoy such a beautiful setting. To say you've thrown the proverbial "baby out with the bath water" is an understatement. You swung the pendulum from one end to the other, alienating long-time, loyal customers. "Welcoming" families only before 5 pm is a laughable "solution." Do you honestly believe that to be a viable alternative? It's truly one of the most disingenuous, comical things you could say. Please stop offering it as if you've carefully thought this through and come up with a solution. You've clearly done neither. Instead, what you've done is pushed the good out with the bad, and in business that's ultimately the mark of poor leadership...
