If every restaurant in the world disappeared, and McDonald’s was the only restaurant left, I would pray that somehow it burnt to the ground before I would ever step in to another McDonald’s after the experience, I just had.
McDonald’s you really need to put eyes in the sky on all your franchisees they are refusing to wipe tables. They are paying people to watch television and they laugh when you make a whole hearted suggestion.
What is wrong with wanting to eat at a clean table without having to ask to have it wiped?
Why would you wipe one lousy table when every single table in the restaurant is dirty?
Why would you ignore a great suggestion, while you pay people to watch television instead of the old adage “time to lean is time to clean?”
You will say “it’s hard to get help post pandemic”
I would say it’s hard to get work out of people you’re paying double the minimum wage of most states so stop paying more than minimum an offer instead performance bonuses.
If they adhere to the performance bonus requirements that can be checked by the eye in the sky cameras in your restaurant, THEN they make the greater than minimum wage!
Give people an incentive and watch them earn it.
No incentive and you are just paying people to show up and collect a paycheck. Nothing else .

Read moreThis is the most incompetent, sarcastic, and constantly getting worse staff and establishment. Sometime ago, McDonald's advertised that they served breakfast all day. A short time ago, I was denied this service in the afternoon. About 2 days ago, I purchased sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins after 1:00 PM. The egg was missing from all of the sandwiches. Today, I arrived before 12:00 PM. I was greeted with outright hostility. The clerk refused my request to be served or have a manager come out to talk to me. I told the clerk that I was going to sit in the driveway and hold up their traffic until one of two things happened, either she would serve me OR a manager would come out to talk to me. The alleged manager eventually came on the intercom and offered no concessions. She essentially stated that I could move on or she would call the police. I replied that she could try that route - but I was just having a conversation with her...................Ultimately, I drove across the street to Jack in The Box. I was served within five minutes. STAY AWAY FROM McDONALD's and especially this McDonald's. I have patronized this place for two decades. I have walked inside to find flies hovering around the self service soda fountain. Numerous times, my order was incomplete. And there is no management figure competent to make it right. My advice is to go to Jack in The Box across Warner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CUSTOMER-UNFRIENDLY...
Read moreYesterday, we decided to get some drinks to break some cash but we were told it was against policy to break bills so we decided to buy some nuggets to break the $5 we received in change. Instead of nuggets they put nacho cheese in the box and handed over to us. We thought that was odd considering this was a McDonald's so we exited the drive thru and my son went in to ask them to correct the order. When my son returned to the car he looked upset but our order was corrected.
My son shared with my wife one of the employees made fun of him saying "it's the correct order Jorge". My son's name is Eythen.
Giving us Nacho cheese in a box and calling my son "Jorge", is probably not in the McDonald's mission statement. Not only will we not return to this McDonald's but refer friends to other locations. My hope is the manager or district manager contacts us so can discuss how this terrible interaction can be corrected and not take place again.
