Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Gilbert

I am writing a review today base on myself and my family of 5 has suffered from food poisoning from this location. We followed all direction and it really drew concern to us that the stuff crust pizza we order after cooking the cheese wasn’t melted inside the bread. I figured I didn’t cook it long enough base on the direction but it seems that was not the case. My family of 5 was completely sick the next day. I did reach out to the store and asked for a refund but the young lady that answered the phone stated she needed to call the owner of the store or the director and she will call me back the same day. Well she never called me back which has lead me to reporting this incident to the Maricopa County of health along with writing multiple reviews. We paid $35 for two large uncooked pizzas and I truly do think the ingredients was not fresh for this moment. Another concern was that a young man was taking out the trash but did not change out his gloves when handing over the food to customers. This is very unfortunate and I would have rather received my money back but that didn’t happen. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and they actually do a better job with serving up to date and fresh...

I ordered a BBQ chicken Pizza with pineapple it was such a great pizza with the tangy bbq sauce, chicken, cheese and the pineapple. My family loved this combination. If you want pizza give Papa Murphy's a try. The great thing about Papa Murphys is it is hot when you want it. You can get it early and refrigerate it till dinner time. The Club salad is awesome it has Canadian Bacon, bacon, mixed greens, cheese and tomato they make it so it is a perfect mix of all the ingredients. The Cinnamon Wheel is a great breakfast pizza or anytime desert pizza. Lindsay at this store is the most friendly and knowledgeable employee. I always appreciate it when she is their because she always gets my order to me fast.

Today I ordered some cheesy bread on line and was very disappointing that after I arrived to pick it up I still had to wait abut 15 minutes to get my order. The crew that was on staff around 4 pm did not seem to know what they were doing. Was very dissapointed with this. I hope this does not...

I leave this review here online to let you, the reader, know that there is no point to order online. I planned my evening out like a responsible person. Ordered online 30 to 45 minutes before I knew I would be at the location to retrieve the goods. The app gave me a pick up time of 6:00PM. I arrived promptly at 6:02 only to see them all diligently working on the pizzas of individuals ordering in the store itself. Once I got to the counter, lo and behold, they hadn't even started my order. I then preceded to wait another half hour for them to make my order of 4 pizzas. I was under the impression (largely by the big signs that say as much) that ordering online meant a quick-pick up. Here, it seems that ordering online does absolutely nothing since they won't start making the order until you're standing there ordering just like you were...
