Called to place a carry out order and was told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes after, walked in and was not greeted for several minutes. Was told by a female employee that it would be 10 more minutes and I could wait inside or go back out to my car. I went to my car, and then I went back in after 15 minutes to be safe. No one attended me AGAIN. I hollered. I rang the bell. Finally several minutes later a male employee came out of the back. I told him I was there to pick up my pizza and gave him my name and he disappeared and never came back. I waited several more minutes before I went outside exasperated at the lack of attention or service whatsoever, and my friend came back in with me to see if they were less invisible and inaudible. Rang the bell several times and the female employee that originally spoke with me came back out and said it was "almost ready." My friend was more bold than me and told her to bring it out when it was done. The employee mumbled something about not wanting to serve a pizza with raw dough to us since we had ordered a deep dish pizza, as if we had somehow been unreasonable or like the delay was my fault because of what I ordered. Would've given zero stars, but the pizza was edible so I'll give them that. Ordered a pizza Friday night an hour before they closed, the pizza was burnt so bad it was inedible, called immediately and they wouldn't make another pizza since it was now closed 5 minutes after they close. They also said they couldn't refund the order but can give me credit next time i ordered, if they will deliver a pizza that burnt ill go elsewhere and asked again for my money back or deliver me a pizza. They didn't do anything so i had to call back and talk to a manager, they said they don't do refunds, but will give me 20 credit, the pizza with delivery was 32 dollars, so they are trying to not even give me the same pizza, and not stand by their product. For all who order here, when they mess up your order they don't care about making up for their mistake, no refunds for extra burnt pizza, this is the worst management, i hope that 32 dollars is worth it, you have lost me as a customer and hopefully more people don't give this cheap company that doesn't care about quality a dollar, you don't deserve to be...
