Subway — Restaurant in Gilbert

Ordered a foot long meal. I presented the $8.99 coupon to the employee before they typed on the register computer. They said my total was $9.69 but I got charged $17 something. Employee said all they could do is let me keep the coupon. I asked for the manager, and she called the manager, and I got rang up again for the $9.69. Hopefully, this time she did it right and I get my refund... My sandwich was soggy after my sandwich sitting there and the bread was stale. Little bugs flying all over the place. Women's restroom key is lost, so had to use the men's which was not clean. Overall, won't be returning. No one wearing a hair net. The male employee with her was on his phone not helping. Tried to leave feedback using the Subway survey on the receipt and the link...

This subway definitely is above the rest in the area! It's crazy because I see the same girl every time and she is always amazing! My food is made to perfection, I honestly couldn't do better myself! She has always had a positive attitude! Sure hope you guys recognize her because the other subways have much lower reviews so this is definitely high rated because your employee does a great job at keeping the food fresh and establishment clean and tops it off with her awesome attitude! Thank you

I’ll change the review when they change the employee. The young one with the frosted tips? Probably barely out of highschool? Jerk. Screwed up my order multiple times and refused to acknowledge the woman who got him a free sandwich from his mistakes?( not me.) I ordered a spinach wrap and he gave me flatbread AFTER he put honey mustard on the first one (we asked for mayo.) He got to walk back and make his sandwich and ignore us asking for extra sauce? Thank the lord for the other employee who actually helped and at least gave us one sauce. I’m giving up on...
