We were on a tour from Yellowstone and stopped by Gillette, WY to have a late lunch before we headed to RENO, NV. We went to Arby's fast food restaurant and ordered salad and roast beef. We enjoyed our lunch and went back to the bus hanging around, waiting for our friends. While we were boarding the bus, I realized I forgot my iPad in the restaurant, so I rushed back to the restaurant about 300 yards and I saw a truck stopped at the exit of the parking lot. The driver got off the truck with an iPad and asked, "sir, did you forget your iPad? I am going to give it to you." I said yes, and he handled the iPad to me. I was so surprised and I thanked him. I shook his hand and told him my name and he told me his, but I forgot because I was so excited. I also forgot to take his picture for my story. I rushed back to the bus because they were waiting for me.
My wife asked me if I gave him any gift? Oh my God! It was too late because the bus was departing. Anyway, I just thought I have something more valuable than giving a gift of money, which wouldn't last long. Instead, I prayed and blessed the honest guy and his Arby's restaurant to have good luck, health, career in his job, a successful business, and wealth for life. I wish my praying would be miracle.

Read moreNormally my family loves Arby's. Last night my husband took his mom and I there. The service was okay, they forgot our shakes and we had to ask for them. My MIL and I both ordered the Pecan Chx Salad sandwich, I had told her how wonderful it was so she was excited to try it. There was a huge wilted leaf of lettuce slapped on and hanging out sideways about an inch on two sides. We opened our sandwiches to fix the lettuce (mine was put together with the bread going in two different directions. There was a very small scoop of the chx salad in the center of the sandwich, not even enough to spread out across the bread. We were severely disappointed and I was embarrassed that I bragged it up for your business. My husband ordered the Reuben meal, and the sandwich put together in such a messy way that he couldn't pick it up without it falling apart and making a bigger mess. I really hope the effort put into your meals improves before we decide to try again, as I only believe in 2nd...

The woman on the headset taking our order was incredibly rude the entire time she was taking our order and acted like she had much better places to be. The rude demeanor kept going as we got to the window, and it seemed as though we were a complete inconvenience to her for being there. Her attitude was not at all one that should be in a customer service job. After we finally got our food, we went through the bags and none of the sauces we asked for were in the bags so we pulled around to the front to try to get the condiments, the door was locked and each employee in the front just stood there and stared at us.
