QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Gillette

We have always loved Qdobas! Last night however we were very disappointed. We had some family traveling through and met there for supper. There were at least 6-7 employees behind the counter but we stood first in line for a long time as they scurried around making mobile orders. When we were finally waited on our food continued to sit in the line while they rushed around it with other orders. We got our food but were missing some guacamole and queso sauce. Not one of your employees would look at the kids standing up there to get them. The kids were trying to be polite and wait their turn. We finally sent up an adult and still not one employee would acknowledge us. Until we finally cut in line and got their attention. One of the kid burritos was stuffed so full the tortilla split open. The steak quesadillas hardly had steak in it. Super low on all ingredients and super messy. I am so aggravated on how this one lady acted towards my mom, brother and I. She was extremely disrespectful and rude. Rolling her eyes every time we told her what we wanted on our food. When she asked us! It is beyond me of why they would still let her work here when her customer service was absolutely awful. I don’t think she realizes that it’s her job to ask us what we as customers want. And having the audacity to glare at us as we’re sitting down and eating! I’ve never had someone be that rude before when ordering food. The rest of the staff was wonderful. They were very nice and we had no problem with them. Just the one girl. LOVE the food. Management dictates how clean it will be. If the male with the goatee is managing... it will be a mess. Tables will not be cleaned, floor will be gross, trash will not be taken out and the steam tables will have food strewn about. With a milk allergy, it is quite terrifying to watch them drag your burrito through a puddle of queso that they are too lazy to clean up. It is always fun to have to eat around portions of your burrito due to the untidiness that is allowed at this location. However, if he is not working... everything tends to be in much better shape.
