In a town where almost every restaurant is a burger joint, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. We are all human, and mistakes happen. But it’s how the mistake is handled. I missing 1/2 the bundle in my order. While also missing a drink (which they ALWAYS do), I was missing 8 piece nuggets, a whopper, and a chicken sandwich. So I was missing 1/2 the bundle offer. The store won’t answer their phone for me to see if the delivery person just happened to forget a bag. So I put in the issue online. They initially offer me a $10 coupon. That bundle costs $30, so half that cost alone is $15! Plus the cost of the missing slushee being 1.20. So I get to pay $6.20 extra for the honor of not getting my dinner. I tell customer service that exact thing. What do I get? A $9.52 refund. Less than the $10 coupon?! Wow. When checking the app to see if that refund was on top of the coupon (it wasn’t they never sent the coupon) I then see that they took away all my perks rewards for this whole order! Worst customer service ever. I don’t even care about the money or coupons. I just wanted my food, which was never an option I got. However when I went to use the restroom and male employee came out(no name tag) as I went in I found no soap or paper towels how did he wash his hands. When mentioned to the mgr(again no name tag) was not responsive or had any urgency to fix the problem. The dinning room was somewhat clean,no med lids for cups drink station needed attention, dinning area needed attention no direction from mgr to resolve issues appeared more interested in getting lunch ready which at that was 30 min away lunch started 10 min early as I was leaving and used the restroom still no soap or paper towels and no delegation for customer convince or lids or clean up of dinning area another mgr in and nobody knows what is going on total confusion. Where is supposedly cooked I go back to Burger King show the assistant manager Corey the hair inside my food show the rotten french fries the uncooked french fries and would not give me the general manager's name refuse to let me know who the franchise owner of this so I think the people should be well aware that the service here and a health standards and is very low and I just feel that this is why the covid-19 continues to spread cuz some people that are franchises really don't care about the safety of their customers...
