Starbucks — Restaurant in Gillette

Honestly, The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I've been to many of them regularly over many years, across Colorado & the nation. Gillette's is THE Slowest by far. I've had regular disappointments with this store. After waiting 30min in line when there were only 2-3 ppl in front of me for the drive thru, I finally decided to check the reviews & leave one of my own. ... They never ask me if I want to use my points for a free drink/food item. Idk if they never stock it, but they didn't have Sriracha. They don't have fresh blueberries for the oatmeal. (I didn't know there was such a thing. I thought they all had the fresh option. The sign/menu should state that it's dried & not fresh!!!) ... I also had a situation once where I went inside & they messed up my drink, which was just a large coffee with cream & sugar. They handed me my coffee & there was nothing in it. Ok. I thought fine, I'll go add it myself, but to my disappointment they don't have cream & sugar out for ppl to access. :( I had to go back twice which included a lot of waiting. When they handed me my drink back the lid wasn't all the way on & it spilled all over. Another customer rushed to help clean it up & asked them for an extra cup for me because app their cups are flimsy. I'm giving 2 stars because the last time that they messed up my drink they offered to let me keep the extra one, which I appreciated. There are occasions when service is good. My orders aren't always wrong. My biggest complaint is how slow they are & thatthey never ask about using my points. I can't wait until the town has another Starbucks drive thru! Just passing through. Full blast AC in fall, was wondering why this beautiful location was empty inside. Busy drive through but they had a lot of staff. Waited a while for them to take my order. Staff was quite cold/going through the motions. Waited a while for the drinks. They gave me the regular coffee last and it didn’t have enough space for cream. I asked them to put some cream in and the girl just poured milk in and filled it to the top, said sorry and walked away. I wanted to ask for some help but they all had their back turned and were all far away. I tried walking to the garbage can depending on surface tension to keep the coffee in but it was filled to the brim so spilled a bunch. The coffee was lukewarm so it didn’t...

I ordered 3 items thru the drive thru and when I got home everything was wrong. My vanilla/white mocha Frappuccino was made with vanilla and caramel. I also ordered 2 ham and Swiss croissants. 1 had a hole in the bottom of the bag so it fell out onto the ground but I thought "oh well I have another" once I get inside I found out the 2nd croissant was not a croissant at all but a ham and cheese chibata sandwich thing... very disappointing... so I called the store which did not answer, of course they were busy when I was there, so I decided to wait a while and call back.
