Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Gilroy

Last weekend we made a pizza dinner at a picnic area in Christmas Hill Park for around 40 guests who were attending our son’s wedding in Gilroy the next day. We live out of town and were a bit concerned about arranging for pizza delivery to a park, and so communicated with the restaurant by both phone and email ahead of time about what and how much to order. Dennis, the owner, and Omar, the manager, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Dennis even visited the park the day before to make sure the delivery would go to the right place, and Omar delivered the food himself to make sure everything was done right. It was perfect! And the pizza and salads were excellent! My husband and I especially liked the BBQ chicken pizza, but our guests complimented us on all the food (pepperoni, veggie, BBQ chicken, and cheese pizzas, and green salad trays). I came home expected a flavourful pizza with a balance of ingredients. I realized after the first bite that the sauce was bland and the fact that there was way too much onions and pepper I couldn't even taste the pepperoni. There was alot sausage but still no flavor. My roomate was trying to buy from Dutchman pizza but used Doordash . We were both extremely thankful thought for the service and prompt response from pizza factory the staff was not the issue by any means. This review is solely about the quality of this pizza .Save money go-to lil ceasers. Want a awesome pizza go to Dutchmans it's across the street or Pinocchio pizza across town . We ordered by mistake and trust we learned our lesson guarantee we will never have this pizza...

First time here with the family. The place was clean, which is very important, specially during times like this. The pizza had a very good flavor, the crust was good, a lot of times I leave the crust, but not this time, I actually enjoyed it. My only problem with this place was the salad bar. Some of the lettuce wasn't that fresh, you could see pieces of lettuce that were already shriveled, and the sunflower seeds were rancid, but, once we told the workers, they removed them, apologized and gave us clean plates. Which takes me to good customer service! I love it when a place makes their customers feel welcome. You always want to go back to that place! And even though we had this experience with our salad, we would go back ...
