If I could I would give zero stars but I have to do one since there is no option. Since we got here it was bad service, there was no hostis to begin with then we were told to go look for a table to sit at instead of being sat or walked to a table. Even though there was a sing stating please wait to be seated. Once we sat we waited a while to get drinks out. When it came to ordering our food our table of 8 people all order at the same time but somehow we got our food at different stages, one person got there food while the other 3 waited 15 minutes to get there food and then the rest of the table waited 30-40 minutes to get there food. When we asked about it they stated we ordered seperated which that was not the case. It took a while to get forks out, tortillas and chips had to constantly ask over and over Everyone eat a different times. It took more than 20 minutes to get ceviche out and cocktail Wich should not take that long at all. Meanwhile we see other tables get food and drinks that got there much later than we did. Not only this but the server never came to our table after placing drinks and food we had to constantly ask for help and service from ppl walking by. We had to pull one server aside and told them to cancel our food order and that we were getting really bad service for them to actually start coming to our table. And then they gave us a free drink for the table to compensate for the bad service. I felt bad for one server as she was trying to recover for the rest of the staff however this should have not happened. Many tables got up and left due to the service received waiting so long to order food or to get food or drinks out. Management or owner should staff there business adequately accordingly to the amount of people being served at a given time. Not to mention the restaurant was not to busy nor there busiest hour either. Also, I understand food has gone up however everything was way to overpriced for the quality of...

Horrible experience. Arrived at 915pm for dinner and a couple drinks. They weren't overly busy and looked like they had plenty of staff. But it took 10 minutes before we were able to order drinks and the another 10 minutes before we got them. We were ready to order but our waitress took off before we could say anything. We didn't see her for 10 more minutes. When she came back we told her we wanted to order dinner and she took my wife and I's order, shrimp enchiladas and ceviche. She the disappeared and several other staff started dragging chairs and tables across the patio ground, making a loud and irritating ruckus and drowning out the background music that had been playing. They were starting to close (hours say they are open til 10 and it was 945 when we ordered food. My ceviche came 10 minutes after I ordered, delivered by someone other than my waitress who just dropped the plate on the table and scampered off to continue closing the building. I waited to eat until my wife's enchiladas arrived. 10 minutes passed and nothing. A couple minutes more and our waitress comes running out to us, obviously surprised I hadn't eaten the ceviche yet, and asked if everything was ok. I asked her about my wife's order and she had no idea we were waiting for her plate and asked us what she had ordered. At this point, my wife had enough and told her to forget it and to cancel her order. They removed it from our order and we asked for a box for the ceviche as our dinner experience was completely ruined and now that my wife's not eating I wasn't going to make her watch me. When they brought the check they also brought her enchiladas, free of charge as an apology. She ate Jack on the Box instead. There were other issues as well but all summed up the service here was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had and we will not be returning or recommending...

I can’t believe this place is still in business.

There are exposed wires ALL OVER THE PLACE. I can’t believe this place is in code. The table was sticky and gross. In a party of six, we ordered six drinks that had alcohol in them. Three did not have alcohol in them (although they claimed they did have tequila in them - it just that “this tequila isn’t very strong.” Like you can mix tequila to be “not strong.” Unless you’re mixing it with water, that is. My sisters’ and my “margaritas” had whipped cream on the top. They acknowledged that mine didn’t have tequila because they accidentally made a smoothie. They offered to correct this bringing me a shot? But they insisted that her drink had tequila in it. My sister’s “margarita” had something black floating around in it. When she brought it to the attention of the server, the server suggested she “move it around with the straw” to see what it was. Seriously?

At that point we decided to cash out and leave. They charged us $70 for the mixed up, health department-violating, non-alcohol containing drinks. $70. When I challenged the bill, the manager wouldn’t budge. Unbelievable. We left and went to a nearby Mexican restaurant called “Cielito Lindo Restaurant” about 5 minutes away, and it was FABULOUS.

Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Go to Cielto Lindo for a great meal and...

A change of pace Mexican restaurant. Not the same old, same old. Visited during dinner time on a Sunday. Was seated quickly and promptly brought drinks. Lots of flashy presentation for the cocktails but they were a bit underwhelming. Strawberry margarita was way too sweet. The piña colada was cool and ok. Friend mentioned they liked the jalapeño margarita so I may try that next time. Horchata was good. Good took a while and was brought out one at a time instead of as a group for the table. Sopes we’re a bit on the small side for the price. Think bite-sized. Good flavors. Burrito was good. Nothing stood out though, which isn’t bad either. Note regarding service. Our waitress was attentive but very busy and tough to find at times. Thankfully, other waitresses were readily available and very helpful. It’s a spot I’d probably return with friends to try the cocktails or for some mariachi but there’s better options for traditional Mexican food.

First visit found through Google maps. Quite random really but am sure glad we found it. We went during their last few hours of service as we travel our way north returning from Monterey. Anyway, all service was handled in the VIP room so the ambiance is more bar like completely with laser lights, loud music and festive shots being served. We had hope the food was good and frankly, very surprised at what we experienced. Flavors were on point and delicious. OMG, it was so good. My wife's seafood tostada was awesome. My Chile Relleno was amazing. Refried beans and Mexican rice was perfectly seasoned. Freshly made flour tortillas topped off our meal. We highly recommend this restaurant and plan on returning next time we travel through Hwy 101.

What a wonderful experience I felt whisked away to Mexico with this authentic adventure of wonderful Mexican food that is so tasty and good. This place is huge and has drinks with lights that h Fb one in enclosed lanterns filled with smoke! Not joking this place is legit! I had the mixed fajitas with a margarita and it didn’t disappoint. The service was really good too, our waitress was always checking in on us and making sure we were having the time of our lives. This place has huge murals on the walls and party lights so we only came for lunch but this place looks like it gets down at nighttime! Gotta come back and get a bucket of beers, definitely the closest thing to actual Mexico that I’ve ever experienced!
