Mattress Firm Gilroy — Hotel in Gilroy

I have been very cautious during this pandemic but finally after15 years of my temperpedic it was time for a new bed. After reading reviews I determined I would venture out of town and go to mattress firm in Gilroy. I made an appt and arrived as the Mgr Gabe was opening up precisely at 10. The store was spotless and I found the bed I was interested in (purple hybrid with adjustable base). My financing was arranged promptly and my delivery date is open as I will be moving soon. I couldn't have had a better experience. Great deal and GREAT service Thanks Gabe!

Well I moved and the men came right on time and installed my beautiful Purple hybrid 3 in just a few minutes. Very clean and safety aware. I didn't get to sleep on it for 2 days as still moving. As I was making the bed I realized it was quite high and I had asked Gabe for the short legs so I called him and he actually took time out of his day to come from Gilroy to Hollister and adjusted the legs all the way down. I am sitting on it now, ready to call it a day but I stopped to write this review because if you want a GREAT BED AND AWESOME SERVICE you shouldn't waste your time shopping around because Mattress Firm is the only place to go THANKS GABE, you're THE BEST MANAGER I've dealt with in years. Keep up the good work!

Well I moved again and kept my wonderful purple bed but upgraded to another adjustable base. I am a senior and don't like to drive so this was all done by phone with Gabe and will be delivered in 2 days. You just don't find service as great as Mattress Firm...

After 4 weeks the mattress arrived , after many delays it arrived today 12/19/2021. First excuse was they didn’t have the adjustable base so they asked to wait one more week, ok they called the night before and said still no base could we wait one more week for delivery on 12/18, so I called on Wednesday before to verify the got the base I was assured by the manager it was ALL on the truck and ready for delivery on the 12/18 on Friday the 17th the called to set up a delivery but could not do it until Sunday 12/19 . Well the driver came and said he needed the bracelet for attachment, they did not sell them to us I told him. But the driver was outstanding he was able to service our needs and we go the new mattress and adjustable base. The store manager Shaya was the salesperson she was quick to sell but has no clue on what is needed to get the proper delivery. She needs to be retrained in customer...
