Hello, I am a dasher and today, August 12th, at almost noon, I received two orders from this store. I went to the store. Upon arrival, I approached the counter where the service was terrible from the beginning. They can see you but they ignore you and serve you when they want. The service has been terrible since I picked up at this establishment. However, today the person who served me was rude and arrogant. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her service in a polite manner and she answered in a grotesque manner. She replied that I should cancel my orders because she was not going to deliver anything to me. She only managed to give me a bag and incompletely asked for my name and I gladly gave it to her because the one who is doing her job wrong, not me. It seems to me that if you offer a service where you have to interact with people, your attitude should be different, whether with clients or coworkers. It is about arriving with the best attitude and giving your best because that is what they pay for. Given all this, I called the delivery company. which I am and I submitted the report because I had an uncomfortable moment and it affected my integrity as a person, I requested the name of the employee but they did not want to give it to me and they did not have a badge to identify them. I leave here a photo of this person so that the people in charge of the performance of this person can provide a workshop or feedback on how the customer service is, in addition to other deficiencies that the place has such as cleanliness, something so important also for a food...
Read moreGo to this Jack in the box often as I live down the street. I went with my grandmother the other day. And the lady responding on the intercom was very rude. She's caucasian with tattoos on her arms. When we got to the intercom, we asked if we could get a munchie box. Which she replies back to us with an attitude that, "we don't serve that at this time." Which my grandma didn't hear correctly, so she asked her to repeat what she said. Which she does but with even more of an attitude and with a condescending voice. Which that was essentially the entire interaction. With her with this snarky attitude tone of voice going on, it was very unpleasant. Not to mention, I've been to a many Jack in the Box's including this one and I have bought the boxes before, it just costed a little extra. That was a flat-out lie she told. It was an unpleasant interaction and it took me all that I could not to just leave the drive-thru. Guests are supposed to feel welcomed. Your staff needs some training or basic touch-up on social skills. I'm only giving one extra star because I enjoy the food. And this was an isolated incident but one that shouldn't...
Read moreThis Jack in the Box has the WORST late night service out of any fast food restaurant I have ever been too. There are multiple employees that work the overnight shift that are extremely rude, lazy and in my opinion should not be employed in the customer service industry. I have been told to pull forward out of the drive thru to wait for my order a minimum of 85% of the times I have gone to this location, regardless of what I have ordered. There is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. The cashiers will intentionally not give the customer their receipt in order to avoid a survey being done on their service. They are constantly out of many menu items. There have been times where I've had to ask what they actually do have due to being told they were out of so many things. My order has been incorrect on multiple occasions. Do not leave this location without checking your order thoroughly. If Gilroy had more late night food options, I would avoid this location completely. There is definetly re-evaluation and re-training needed for the entire over night staff. I would give this location 0 stars if it...
