Lighthouse Cafe — Restaurant in Gladstone

Been here in the parking lot, coming back and forth getting laundry and bringing it back to do next door. Went in lighthouse to get a soda and was told to leave as it was wrongly assumed I haven't m moved my rig for days. Just parked in the same spot reach time and have spent HUNDREDS doing laundry in 2 days. House fire. Lots to wash after such. So, yeah I've been here all day for 2 days. But not all night. Simple questions could have figured that out. But instead I'm told I'm not welcome here. I'll take my insurance claim money elsewhere. Still, I'm offended and hurt. People here at this lighthouse location are unprofessional and rude. Come on guys. Do your due diligence and ask a few a questions before 86ing someone for something you assume they have done or been doing. Just cause they didn't see me leaving to go back and return clean laundry and pickup more to wash before coming back doesn't mean I haven't left that spot in days. Went in to get a glass of water. The man behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to look up from his book. I said I didn’t have cash, could I use a card. He said no. I asked if I could drink from the bathroom faucet, he said bathroom was for paying customers only.

Guess I won’t be bringing my work colleagues here for lunch, lol.

This place needs an attitude adjustment. It’s a sad little hole in the wall with sad people working there.

Went in here to buy a couple drinks and use the restroom as I was waiting for my laundry next door. The guy working told me I wasn't allowed to buy anything simply because I wanted to use the bathroom as well. Absolutely directful and demeaning.
