Arby's — Restaurant in Glasgow

Characteristic American fast food. Their food is more or less fairly decent fare tending to be a bit bland for my tastes & tends to be about average to a bit higher than average, depending on what you order, price wise. We ate there on 4-5--22 as dine-in customers.What I noticed was that there were NO employees standing around lollygagging about. Whenever the employees weren't helping customers they were cleaning & sanitizing tables, counters, serving trays & more. They have pump style condiments or individual packets whichever you may prefer. The condiments area was clean, so was the floor, the tables, the trash was kept emptied & the drink self serving area was clean as well. EVERYONE was busy doing SOMETHING & man did it show!! 😀 The food was served promptly after ordering & was served warm. The building was in good repair, the parking lot was clean, the staff were efficient, courteous and friendly. A good place to eat if you want fast service & like this style...

Stopped by Arby's drive-thru at about 10:20 am. Was the only one in line at first. The employee over the speaker was very pleasant but very hard to hear. I ordered the new Wagyu Burger meal w/curly fries. At the window I could see that there seemed to be only 3 crew members and they seemed to be in confusion. By the time I got my order there were 4 cars behind me that I could see. One even honked his horn after waiting for a while {like it was my fault}. A motor home pulled up in the parking lot and came to the front door but it was still locked. I was very disappointed in the meal, which cost $10.00+. The fries were barely warm and not salted. No napkins and the burger meat was overcooked and tasteless. I ate about a third and tossed it. I could see the frustration in the drive-thru employees eyes but she was still pleasant. I have been to Arby's before and have had a good experience. I hope this was due to short staffing. I will try again a few...

I noticed 2 customers & a large work crew. I stood there waiting for help when I got up to order. They were very fast & as I tried one of the fries, I knew why they were so fast. The food was cold! I asked for fresh fries(hot not leftovers)they said no problem. Took awhile longer than usual for fries because everyone was too busy joking around the drive thru window & fryer. They finally got the fries & what they did was mix my old fries with the fresh & handed them to me. I just left, the sandwich was fine, dry but fine, fries & the way they sold nasty fries was not. I usually don't grip but it really blew me away them doing that and a manager right by them. UPDATED- don't be fooled by the response by Arby's saying they're wanting more details to make it better, the link doesn't work & other reviews are showing the same issues...
