Normally I would try to find the good in the food but I just don't see it tonight. My steak grinder is missing ingredients. The ingredients here are not plentiful. And this burnt ass bread, you could have, no you should have kept it and fed it to the birds and just remade the batch of bread. To pay $42 for this is insulting, especially when you knew what you were sending out the door in this to go order. I wasn't aware until I got home. Oh, oh and don't let me forget these HORRIBLE fries. You all should take these off the menu because they are just NOT GOOD at all!!!!! If you're not going to remove them from the menu, then make the smallest effort to make them taste better. Maybe it would help but I REALLY doubt it. In this meal and this store, I could tell no one cared about the customer experience or the taste of the product any of the employees were making and sending out. I was hungry too but this food has ruined...

Decided to try this place based on recommendations from friends/coworkers. Nothing but high-school age employees working on a Saturday night with little, if any, adult supervision in sight. That being said, they WERE working diligently to fill orders, & were polite/mannerly. However, at one point I observed a pizza rack being dropped on the floor, & it was picked up & placed back in the oven. Not sure, but I'm guessing that's a health code violation. When I said something about it, I was assured that "that's how we do it, the heat of the oven will clean it." Uh, no. Thanks anyway. Now, the food. We ordered pizza, subs, & breadsticks for carry out. None of it was very good. It didn't taste bad, it was just bland, little if any flavor to any of it. We threw most of it away. Based strictly on the experience from our 1st & only visit, it's very doubtful we'll ever eat...

They had to remake one of my sandwiches due to fixing it incorrectly which caused a longer wait time. The place is not very clean and the decor is not very welcoming. The staff appeared as a middle age worker who appeared overworked and had an injured to leg the rest of the staff were younger employees who were gathered in the food preparation area and appeared to be hanging out laughing talking not very aware of customers at counter. The bread on top of sandwiche was so hard/crispy it caused scratching around mouth to lips. Have only eat at the Glasgow location twice and neither was very good...
