Burger King — Restaurant in Glasgow

My experience with Burger King was superb I spend approximately 18 or 19 dollars there and my food was prepared as ordered with the exception of my onion rings which were as hard and crumbly as a chip so I asked the manager who I showed the onion rings too and I showed him how hard and crunchy they were and this kid doesn't do crunchy onion rings he went and got me a brand new order of onion rings that he prepared himself that we're not hard and crunchy otherwise other than that small issue the food was prepared as ordered with my food allergies Burger King's paid special attention to my need for having my burgers grilled special and they left off the mustard and pickle that I'm severely allergic to I spent almost $20 there the restaurant was very clean except for one station that the customer evidently had just left and they left a pretty good size mess but the manager got to it as soon as he found out and he was changing the garbage bags out and doing all kinds of things to make sure the restaurant was as neat and clean as possible which is an invite if you come in you don't want to see dirt and clutter and garbage and messes this restaurant was very good to attend to my needs as a customer with a food allergy my food was prepared reasonably quickly I did not have to wait at the order counter very long at all the only downfall is they did not offer to bring the food out to my table and I am in a wheelchair this is a downfall that I think a lot of restaurants need to consider customers in wheelchairs that are by themselves and don't have an assistant or a friend with them my friend was there but she had already gone to her table and was starting to eat I had ordered first but sat my food down to go to the restroom I'm a renal failure patient with bladder failure so I have to frequent the bathroom the restaurant had a downfall of not offering to take my food to the table for me it's kind of hard to operate a wheelchair when you've got a bag of food and a drink in your hands basically that takes up both your hands so you have to wheelchair walk and not have your hands to use better than these two factors Cody gives Burger King in Glasgow Kentucky five stars and two thumbs up their food which was most important was prepared as ordered with special attention to my food allergies they changed gloves they wash their hands they made sure that I did not get anything on my ordered food that would make me go into allergic reaction I'm allergic to mustard pickles relish and tartar sauce any of those even a drop would send me to the ER as right now I'm out of epipens I've got to get another script wrote for them but I give two thumbs up to Burger King and Glasgow Kentucky and Tony says I will be back the shakes there by the way are superb I just wish they...

THIS PLACE IS VERY POORLY MANAGED!! 😞The food is rarely served above a cool temperature. I've eaten there on & off at different times over the last 10 -12 years.On 4-2-22 my brother & I went there to eat as dine-ins.They no longer serve pump ketchup or mustard, instead they serve it in individual packets.

1. There were only 5 or 6 ketchup packets in the condiments dispenser & no mustard packets. The dispensers were 99% empty.
2. The ice machine was leaking water all over the floor causing us to have walk through a large puddle to get to our table.
3. There were no warning signs placed around the water to alert customers of the slip & fall hazard.
4. The tables had NOT been cleaned since the last customer had eaten there meaning the surfaces ARE NOT BEING PROPERLY SANITIZED BETWEEN CUSTOMERS; we were there approximately 30 minutes. No effort was made to sanitize any surfaces during that time.
5. I watched to see if the main order placement area, where you first place your order when you come in, was being sanitized IT WAS NOT SANITIZED ONE TIME WHILE WE WERE THERE.
6. There were bits of trash on the floor indicating it wasn't being cleaned either.
7. They were not busy at all & had employees standing around goofing off instead of doing what they are paid to do.
8. IT IS MY EXPRESS OPINION THAT THIS PLACE IS POORLY MANAGED & POORLY RUN; IT COULD BE A BREEDING GROUND FOR ANY NUMBER OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES WITH THIS TYPE OF MISMANAGEMENT

I love burger kind by all means, don’t get me wrong. but I highly dislike how yall cannot ever get an order correct!!. It doesn’t matter whether you go, through drive through, or in to order they’ll still get it wrong. But that’s not a big deal i understand people get busy and mixups happen and it’s not a big deal what so ever. But it becomes a big deal when we have to go back in, not Once, Not twice, But three times. and the employee Selena was HIGHLY disrespectful about the whole situation. the Second time i sent my partner in to fix them order he came back out and only ONE of the burgers out of the two we order was fixed correct that time. I noticed mine was still wrong so i went back in and she whispered to a former coworker “not her again” i seen her mouth it. Which agitated me i told her our issue and i was like i understand yall get busy and there might have been a misunderstanding, i continue to tell her the correct order for burger #2. Okay well that just rolls over her head or something and she’s sitting there jaw drop turns around to former coworker and goes “oh my god” turns back to me continues to get hateful and was like “that’s what he just told me and that’s what we put” i said “obviously not” sitting there with my smashed burger THAT HAD EVERYTHING ON IT WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A PLAIN burger just agitated. then she says “can i get a manager or someone up front now please” and continued to turn around and whisper to the former employee.
