POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THIS IS WORTH THE LONG READ! I was looking for a store that had nice rugs and runners for a few rooms in my home and found Adam's Outlet just 15 minutes away. I called ahead to confirm they had the kind of selection I was looking for, and a man answered the phone promptly and professionally, assuring me they did.
When I arrived, I saw a lot of beautiful furniture that could appeal to many different styles. After browsing for just a few minutes, I was kindly greeted by a knowledgeable gentleman. I’m usually worried about pushy salespeople hovering over me in furniture stores, but that was not the vibe at all at Adam's. He genuinely approached to help and see if I needed assistance finding what I was looking for. He answered all my questions and showed me the full range of options they had in-store.
With his help, I quickly found the perfect rug. As soon as he told me the price, I honestly felt it was undervalued given the high quality—especially compared to other stores I had visited. Once I decided on the rug, another gentleman named Islam came over to take it down from the display rack. Both men were extremely kind and respectful.
As I walked to the register, I noticed a delightful smell and asked what they were having for dinner. Islam told me his mother had made home-cooked chicken shawarma. I said it smelled fantastic, and without hesitation, he offered me some to try. I absolutely love Middle Eastern food, so I accepted with a huge grin at the chance to try something authentic!
To my surprise, this incredibly hospitable man brought me a full plate of delicious food. After one bite, I was hooked—I wanted to devour the whole thing before I even finished paying for the rug! While signing the receipt and enjoying this heavenly dish, I had a great conversation with all the employees. On my way out, we shook hands, and Islam went above and beyond by carrying my new rug to my car. Then, to top it off, he handed me what looked like nearly a full catering tray of the shawarma to take home. I tried to decline, feeling a bit guilty, but he genuinely insisted, so I gratefully accepted.
To be clear—the food didn’t sway my opinion of the store. What truly stood out was how I was treated as a customer and a person. These people are top-tier and treat you like their highest priority. If you want to do business with a place that’s not pushy, overpriced, or lazy, Adam’s Outlet is the best choice over any big box furniture store.
Five stars was an easy decision—I’d rate it higher if I could. I’ll be shopping here for all my future home furnishing needs. Thank you so much to Adam’s and their...
Read moreIf you’re in the market for the most gaudy, over-the-top, tacky furniture imaginable, Adam Outlets has you covered. Everything in the showroom looks like it was designed by someone whose only reference for style is 90s soap operas and Vegas hotel lobbies.
Even the pieces that pretend to be wood are clearly just painted to look like wood grain — and not even convincingly. It’s like someone slapped some brown paint on wood and ran a fork through it for texture. The result? Cheap furniture trying really hard to look expensive, and failing miserably.
If you like mirrored surfaces, faux finishes, and furniture that screams “new money with no taste,” this is your spot. Otherwise, save your money and...
Read moreThe furniture and decor were not my style. Most pieces were very bold and stylized. Think large, elaborate, flashy, furry, ornate, gilded, mirrored, etc. (There were some items that were more sedate.) If this is your style, you will definitely find things you like. They have a large selection of rugs, which seemed to be of nice quality. There were two guys working (on a Saturday) who just let us browse, which was nice. I don't think I would purchase anything from Adam Outlet, but I'm sure their inventory would appeal...
