Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Glassboro

Ordered through the door dash app. I ordered the three meat pizza, crazy bread, wings and some dipping sauce. A bill of $35. The food arrives, but my pizza is missing. I call the location and was told they were out of the pizza I ordered. When the employees at this location saw my pizza was out, they were given the option to call me, or just refund the money. Rather than calling me to see if I either wanted a refund or to order something different, the choice was taken out of my hands and they just automatically issued a refund. I was not made aware that I wasn’t getting the pizza, the main thing I ordered for dinner until I called them. I had to call 10 times before someone answered the phone. Little Caesars, teach your employees to call your customers when you’re out of something, especially when it’s the main part of the order. It’s not up to your employees to decide whether that customer wants a refund. That choice should be the customers. I am thankful they refunded the money, but I’d rather have dinner...

Never order from this location. Not only did they give me the wrong order they gave me a partial order of someone else’s order. through delivery when I called the store for over 30 mins 10 different times to try and get someone to inform them so at least the other persons order would be correct I got no answer. I called corporate to put in a complaint and they were no help either they had me on hold for over 40 mins and transferred me 3 times eventually to a door dash representative who the issue wasn’t even with. Little Caesars pizza is not the best pizza you can buy, but it is excellent when you need Pizza for a party that is inexpensive. So it’s a great bargain! The problem I have is this store in Glassboro I’ve ordered here a few times over the past couple years and every time I go there the employees are rude And ignorant. I actually asked them does everybody that works here? Hate their job? It’s a sad state of affairs that people work in a customer service oriented job and they’re rude to customers.
