A Hidden Gem of Authentic Flavor — Like Mom’s Cooking, But Even Better

I went to Noodle House just opened in town. After tasting several dishes from the menu, I can confidently say it’s a place worth visiting — again and again. What impressed me most wasn’t just the delicious food, but the heart and authenticity behind every bowl.

The cooking here is beautifully simple, yet the flavors are anything but. Each dish is made with rich, layered ingredients that speak for themselves. Instead of relying heavily on sauces, the chef builds depth and complexity through long, careful preparation — especially in the soups. You can taste the difference in every spoonful.

The broth is a true highlight — slow-boiled with meat bones, meat, and aromatic spices. The result is a deeply flavorful soup that feels both nourishing and indulgent. The crispy chicken bites and pan fried dumplings are perfect complement to the meal.

What stands out most is how much love goes into every dish. It reminds me of home cooking — the kind you grew up with if you were lucky enough to have a mom or grandma who spent hours preparing food from scratch. It’s comfort food with real soul, made with care and quality ingredients, served...

You order and pay like a fast food place - on the counter, pay first - but then you are served in the table. They don’t have anything diet (no coke zero or diet coke). The nan xiang xiao long bao, 5 for $12.50 is overpriced in my opinion and the worst I ever had (see photo), which is odd for being the highlighted menu item. The ramen was really good, but overpriced in my opinion for more than $17 dollars. Google says its a $10-$20 dollars place but any ramen goes for $17, so its odd because you usually will buy appetizers and drinks that will easily make it a $25-$30 dollars...

It’s the best noodle house that I’ve ever visited in Hartford area. With elaborately decorated sitting environment , moderate full service, very classic menu with decent presentation of the food. They bring the special flavor from Sichuan China if you love spicy soup, then this is indeed the right place. As an vegetarian, the soup they provided separately is very clean and tasty, healthy definitely ! I don’t need to worry about any mix by mistake like in other places. I will strongly recommend to all...

Girl I was craving some ramen and matcha and decided to check out the newly opened Noodle House (Glastonbury, CT📍) and after one visit it’s new favorite place of mine❤️‍🔥 They offer all types of ramen/noodle dishes, handmade soup dumplings, marinated cucumbers and more! Starting off with the absolute best matcha i’ve had in my whole life, WOW BESTIES! The matcha was just so incredibly amazing and the strawberry puree did not compare to any other! And their passion fruit boba tea with yogurt boba was different, creative, and DELISH! And can you believe each drink was only $5!? Gimme 14 of them right now🤭 And once I saw the entrees come up, I knew I was going to have a good day! The Chashu Pork Belly Ramen was exceptional, you get two huge pieces of pork belly that was so tender and flavorful, along with a rich broth, eggs, and vegetables❤️‍🔥 This is hands down the best ramen i’ve ever had and the cherry on top is that you can a free refill on your noodles, hell yeah🙌 And their handmade soup dumplings instantly blew me away - the outside was so soft and inside was this magical earthy and delightful broth and pork filling - I devoured those up real quick girl, I cannot recommend these enough! And what’s awesome about Noodle House is that they source their peppercorn and chili spices directly from Sichuan, China, so not only are you getting the real deal but you’re getting some of the highest quality at such amazing prices💅🏼 Noodle House is hands down THE BEST noodle bar in Connecticut, please go check them out! #noodlehouse #noodlebar #ramenbar #porkbelly #porkbellyramen #chashuramen #chashu #chinesenoodles #matcha #strawberrymatcha #passionfruittea #poppingboba #nanxiangxiaolongbao #soupdumplings #marinatedcucumbers #spicysausage #sichuanpepper #glastonbury #glastonburyct #connecticut #ctfoodie
