This was my first visit today and it wasn't very impressive. It's located in a very old, outdated, dangerous (parking lot layout/needs a lot of repair) plaza and this is someone's first impression of this place from the outside. There are then only two whacky sized parking spaces reserved out front. The inside is the total opposite of the outside; it's so beautiful inside so, great job there. When I made my order, I said it was "to go" and another employee came out of nowhere with a special map because "to go" and "online order pick up" orders have to be picked up from a drive thru window that's only accessible via following the map. That was very, very weird and confusing because when I did find the pick up window, it was behind and then around the building a little in this insanely narrow one way drive thru/exit area. What made that area worse is that traffic seems to be allowed to go through there but can't if someone's waiting at the drive thru. This whole part of this first trip at this was just so confusing and weird. Oh! Also, let me mention the GIANT potholes and blind exits that you'll encounter on your entire visit here. Don't get into an accident and/or damage your car! Finally, the food. It was okay. I got the waffle loaded with berries and added whipped cream for a small additional amount. The waffle was ok, the berries were cold and just added in as a side basically, the whipped cream was home made and delicious, and there was no syrup added. Altogether, I feel like this place rushed in here and opened without being completely ready. I might be back but I don't know. Especially since the...

Editing to add recent experience as of January 18th, 2025. I will NOT be in a hurry to come back here ever again. Believe the reviews about bad staff, rudeness etc. Went there today and had the absolute worst experience. It's not cheap enough to overlook or go back. It seems things really changed in the last few months as we had been several times and had great experiences. Upon reading recent reviews, our experience is now common. Whatever changed change it back. Your staff stinks now and so did our whole breakfast. Also, you may want to look into at least having your staff point out proper tables for guest numbers. Several of the individual or duo seats were open while the actual tables were taken up by single or couples diners. Two women ran as fast as they could to cut off our 4 top. You shouldn't have to talk to another customer to get a seat or experience that type of rudeness. Will likely not be back.

These are quite possibly the best waffles I've ever had, the breakfast, coffee and service are equally good! I've tried a little bit of everything except the hot tea and can highly recommend it all! The only drawback is the space is small so plan accordingly but the staff is very efficient and keeps things moving. If you have a large party I would recommend possibly calling ahead for accommodations. Absolutely wonderful stop and we will definitely be back. You just need to build one closer to us in...

Belgian waffles made by actual Belgians but with a welcome sign in French.....Bonjour located in New England, USA. I was lost!!

Not sure about their origins but they sure do bake one of the best waffles I have eaten in USA, which is outside Belgium....did they just save me a trip to Belgium that I had in mind to just go to Belgium to eat their waffles?

Apparently the owner, Nhon, has roots with both his parents owning a world-renowned restaurant in Belgium, while his mother being the only female Asian chef to attain the coveted Michelin Star Award. Nhon did well learning and tasting the waffles baked by his mom and let us experience the yummy, crispy yet chewey Belgian waffle.

Menu has the Brussels waffle, which is light and crispy made from a delicate batter and their signature waffle, the Belgian Sugar waffle (aka Liège waffle), made from a dense dough encrusted with imported pearl sugar from Belgium. We got 2 Liege and one Brussels waffle which are baked right in front of you and then topped with your choice of various toppings which include fruits, chocolate, nutella and others. We went with the raspberry and blueberry on one, nutealla on one and plain on the other. If you like lot of toppings, go with strawberry and banana as the customers across us got that and they were loaded.

I would definitely go back there again, if you haven't, make sure you go give it a try, you will not be...

Food was good but took 45 minutes to be served. They did forewarn us that it would be a 30 minute wait if we ordered anything other than a waffle. But while we watched, they were literally cooking like one egg at a time on a large, empty griddle. Eggs and turkey bacon literally take like 3 to 5 minutes or so to cook so I didn't understand the wait. The few people who were behind us were served and ate all of their food long before ours came out. They only had waffles. Also, while it was packed, there were multiple, empty, dirty tables waiting to be bussed. There was no where to sit as a result. Not sure if they need to hire more people or better organize and manage the business, but serving timelier and bussing those tables fast are the basics...101. And cook more than one item at a time on the grill. What a waste of energy that seemed to be. Again, the food was good, the waffle was delicious, but I wouldn't want to wait that long again or deal with that seating situation again. Will possibly try takeout one day. We paid 50 dollars for two plates and two lattes. That was a little steep for a small breakfast for two. Again, good waffles.

Have you ever realized the actual lyric to a song is completely different than what you have been thinking and singing all these years? Well, welcome to what happened to me when I first ate a real Zinneken's Belgian waffle. As my order was placed on the table, I realized something was missing but I figured it would be brought with the 2nd trip to my table. After the soothing hot chocolate was brought during the 2nd trip, I looked around the room. Then it hit me, Nobody else had syrup and after effortlessly slicing through the waffle, I understood that it was not necessary. However, it still managed to have the crunch texture of a waffle. So 2 things that flipped my entire miseducation of waffles were: 1) No need for syrup 2) No need for a knife to cut the waffle. They make their own whipped cream too. I have to return a few times because this review doesn't give it what it deserves. Ps. Sincere Apologies to anyone that was made to believe a waffle from a box, package, or even a hotel waffle maker is what a waffle is supposed to taste like.
