Annie’s Custard: The Best Frozen Treat Experience
When it comes to frozen desserts, I have been to my fair share of ice cream and custard shops, but none have left as lasting an impression as Annie’s Custard. From the first time I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. The creamy, rich custard was unlike anything I had ever tasted before, and the service was simply outstanding. Thanks to the exceptional hospitality of workers Nolan Fornaich and Alex Gebauer, my visit to Annie’s Custard was truly unforgettable.
The Unmatched Quality of Annie’s Custard
Annie’s Custard stands out not only because of its incredible flavors but also because of the quality of its product. The custard is thick, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, offering a smooth and satisfying taste with every bite. Whether it’s a classic vanilla or chocolate, a seasonal specialty, or a custom sundae loaded with toppings, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Compared to other ice cream and custard shops I have visited, Annie’s Custard sets the gold standard in flavor and texture.
Exceptional Service That Goes Above and Beyond
Great food is important, but what truly elevates an experience is the customer service. At Annie’s Custard, I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Nolan Fornaich and Alex Gebauer. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. They took the time to answer my questions about flavors, offer recommendations, and ensure that my order was exactly the way I wanted it. Their attentiveness and enthusiasm made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another person in line.
An Experience Worth Repeating
It’s rare to find a place that excels in both product quality and customer service, but Annie’s Custard does exactly that. The combination of delicious, high-quality custard and top-tier service from employees like Nolan and Alex makes every visit a delight. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick treat or bringing friends and family along, I know I can always count on Annie’s Custard to provide an unforgettable experience.
In conclusion, Annie’s Custard isn’t just the best custard shop I’ve ever been to—it’s the best frozen dessert spot, period. The dedication to quality and customer satisfaction sets it apart from the rest, and thanks to employees like Nolan Fornaich and Alex Gebauer, every visit feels special. My daughter and her friend asked if we would take them to Annie's for a treat as it was 'national frozen custard day!' I have been talking to my daughter on making healthy choices where possible, without frightening her too much about the amount of toxins contained in the things we use around us daily, given this she asked if she could have her ice cream in a cardboard cup (instead of the highly toxic styrofoam one, both the same size!) the woman taking the money said she would have to check with the manager! She never did, she made the ice cream for the girls in a toxic foam cup and just handed it to them. I would not go back here, it lacks good customer service, she didn't even discuss it with us, just handed it to the girls, I am disgusted that they have such little regard for the wellbeing of their customers, they shouldn't even be using styrofoam, check out 'is styrofoam safe to serve food in'and decide for yourself........
Customer service is everything, without customers you don't have a business, listen to your customers and they will come back and bring their friends!
FYI, this is just one of many articles on the web...
In honor of the warm weather, you may be stocking up on all your disposable plates, tables cloths, utensils. There are many reasons to ditch the disposable products and Styrofoam is one of them.
Why avoid styrofoam?
Styrofoam contains the chemical styrene, which has been linked to cancer, vision and hearing loss, impaired memory and concentration, and nervous system effects...the list goes on. What happens when you eat hot foods or drink liquids from styrofoam plates and cups is the styrene leaches out of the Styrofoam and into our bodies.
Styrene is such a problematic chemical, it's included on our Hazardous 100+ list that we're encouraging retailers to...
Read moreLast night, my family and I sat in the line for a good amount of time and the drive-through. Get up to the window with an inpatient teenager who’s not listening or paying attention to anything I’m saying. Acting annoyed when I asked questions about certain items. I gave her our order and I know for a fact I told her my husbands order. She read it back. Get through the line to the window, to see a dozen teenagers standing around, goofing off. Pay and pull away to see she didn’t put my husbands item in the bag. My husband goes inside stands in a line again to complain that we said that in the Oder and she forgot it. Where the lady continued to disrespect and disagree with my husband. Telling him if he wants that ice cream he can pay for it and they would make it. My husband told her forget this I won’t be back. We won’t be back! You certainly have impatient teenagers, running a busy business where people are sitting in lines in the drive-through and inside and waiting for food or ice cream, but let alone when you’re employees make a mistake. They make the customer pay for it after all the inconvenience. Screw that there’s other places we can go get ice cream with better customer care. I hope the teenager was proud of herself over a four dollar ice cream. Now getting a 1 star review. Maybe this young generation needs to realize customer’s always right, “give them...
