Moe’s Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Edwardsville

This location, by far, is the worst Moe’s in the company. To be fair, the restaurant itself is clean and the employees are nice enough, but the food is horrendous. They boil their meat which takes any flavor out of it and it’s gross And they do not wash their food containers. The rice is always crusted on top, The bean containers have rings around it from where they have sat day after day without being washed, Like I said earlier, their meat is boiled and tasteless and their queso? It always has a skim on top of it, and you generally will get half of that in your queso container. I travel for work and have been to quite a few Moe's and it’s actually my favorite, But this particular location is so bad I wouldn’t even take a homeless person there for a free meal. I love Moe's! I must admit that I am biased. They had a Moe's near my college, and my roommates and I went there all the time. I was thrilled to discover this new location. The Homewrecker burrito with Kaiser salsa and chips is my go-to order. Their queso is delicious. I've been here twice already, and both times, my food was delicious. I don't write reviews often. This place is so bad I feel the need to write a review. My queso had a giant hair in it. This is the third time I have tried this place and it keeps getting worse. The quality of the food isn't close to chipotle or Qdoba. It is by far the worst bowl/burrito shop I have ever eaten. Please don't waste your money on it. Another place in Edwardsville that will close down in 2 years. They have gotten orders wrong multiple times previous as well. Just...
