Did an online order recently, which was my first time for this location. I have eaten at other locations all over the place for many, many years and have always had great (fast) food. This was definitely not up to par.
The broccoli in the beef with broccoli needs stir fried longer. It was completely raw. The individual box (part of a big plate) that I had only contained 3 small pieces of beef with that. Not only that, but everything was sort of just thrown into the bag, so this was sideways and leaked all over everything and my clothes. The cold juice box and hot food in the same, messy bag doesn’t make any sense to me.
The sweetfire chicken was also very lackluster. The breading was soggy but didn’t have sauce on all of it… small portion and even smaller amount of protein.
Chow mein was the dryest, most bland I’ve ever had at any location.
The sesame chicken was good. The portion size there was okay.
My husband had the fried rice with his meal and it was mushy maybe from too much water when being cooked, probably overcooked and extremely bland.
This location does not prepare or serve things the way the rest always have. So that alone can use some improvement. My other nitpick is that when handed our food at the window, the young lady said my name, handed the bag over and walked away. My father was driving and attempted to get her attention while the window was still open, and tried saying “excuse me” multiple times and honking and was blatantly ignored.
We would not return to this location, or recommend it unless drastic...
Read morehaving a 3.5 star rating after just a few months of being open should be EMBARRASSING and I hope management is reading the constructive criticism in these reviews. waiting nearly an hour after placing an online order just to open the bag and see a whole different meal because, even after 40 minutes, you're still waiting on the correct protein to be made, is crazy. just make me wait 10 more minutes for it to be made or, better yet, ASK before replacing honey sesame with sweet fire. on that same note, DON'T hide a pile of rice under a few pieces of meat because once again you're waiting for more. communicate with the customer!!!! do NOT just replace items without asking!! we all understand that the wait is going to be longer during rush times, but there has to be a way to communicate that. cause right now we're being told our orders are ready and then taking up space in the dining room for 30 minutes because we're still waiting. and again, STOP replacing food without asking...

Older post my order before 5:00 and it was 6:00 before we got it picked up people in drive-thru got their food before our order that was ordered in advance at 5:00 if you are short-staffed and have problems getting out orders you should shut off the mobile ordering so you don't have 20 people standing in the restaurant waiting for their mobile orders while people order stuff sit down and eat before we get our order seems to me maybe the manager I need some retraining or some more employees this is ridiculous if it would have said an hour we wouldn't order...
