This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I was drinking my coffee and what I thought was a clump of spice actually turned out to be a fly. DISGUSTING!!! NEVER coming back here again. Your letter grade needs to be dropped because there’s no way in hell that you all are serving coffee with flys in it. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. This is completely unacceptable. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I would recommend to anyone that reads this to never go to Scooter’s because there is a chance of finding fly’s in your drink. I got home and I couldn’t stop gagging. Never again. Coming from a person who has gone to culinary school and has gotten certified, this is completely unacceptable and nobody should go what I went through.

Absolutely adore the staff at this location. I get coffee on my morning shifts, and a smoothie on my evening shifts, and every time they are so sweet, fast, and always tell me to have a good day. I work in the service industry myself so I try to make sure to leave a few dollars for them, and this was on my cup this morning. Sweetest staff ever and I’ll make sure to continue to come to this location.

I went there about 1 hr before closing and ordered a cappuccino expecting a hot and tasty cup. I have never been to Scooters before so I was excited to try it. My order was lukewarm and tasted like the coffee was made long time ago and was sitting and burning, tasted bad. Granted it was 1hr before closing but still they should serve good tasting hot drinks or not serve anything at all. Went twice. First time coffee was made incorrectly. Gave it a second chance, and ordered just the everything bagel plain. Paid $4.25 for it, and it was the size of the top of my coffee cup and hard as a rock. I literally banged it on my counter when I got home and it didn't fall apart in the least. Needless to say, I got a Panera bagel on the way home...thank goodness!! The coffee was no better than a McD iced coffee and paid more than Starbucks for it. Will be going elsewhere from...
