Crumbl — Restaurant in Glendale Heights

I come into this location once a month to buy cookies for my staff as a treat for their work. July when I came, great customer service the lady explained everything due to I get individual boxes so each staff can chip away throughout their day. When I came in for August I advise the same,(not the same worker) I’m requesting individual boxes. After the young lady made the cookies she sat them all on the counter. I asked for a bag as she walked off “we don’t have bags for that size”. I said how do I carry these, she went under the counter and pulled out a few small party bags. The customer behind me stated “that was rude” and it was. When I order them she could have said they did not have bags, didn’t attempt to assist me in getting them bagged. It's so disappointing to continue to come to this location and it's always a problem.The first time U came to this location it was a problem with locating my order in their computer, that I placed on line a hour in advance.I was over charged and I had missing cookies.That did get straightened out at some point.So then I decided to give Glendale Heights location another go on 3/9/2024 Saturday at 10:30pm and here we go again!!!They're missing the blueberry cookie and oreo milkshake cookie I really wanted.Why not post on the website those 2 cookies aren't available instead of continuing to waist customers time!I would have canceled my order if I knew these 2 cookies weren't available in advance.Do not go to this location the customer service and communication is horrible!!!Need to do better Glendale Heights...

I'm not 100% sold on this yet. Don't get me wrong, the cookies are amazing. They had a carrot cake cookie that I would say ok for $5 but their regular size cookies for that same price is where I'm not totally sold. Don't get me wrong, they taste really good. I will definitely try them again, but only for their bigger cookies. The strawberry pretzel was my favorite. The carrot cake with a bit more nuts would be awesome, and I'm one of those that wants raisins with carrot cake. My only negative once again is $5 for a regular sized cookie that is delicious.

FYI, there are 2 touchscreens on the counter. That is where you order. They were backwards when we went in and there was absolutely no way of knowing until they finally assisted us. So if they are backwards, flip them...
