American Mattress Mega Clearance Center — Hotel in Bloomingdale

I bought a Beautyrest mattress from this American Mattress a month ago and it was delivered already sagging. It did not have any of the tags found on a new mattress. They picked up that mattress and delivered another mattress. It immediately started sagging. Have been given different information concerning the mattress from the store manager who sold it to me and their corporate office. I am a senior and this is the worst purchase I have ever made. I paid over $700 (after add'l discount - sale $950 supposed reg. price over $2k) for a mattress that I am not able to use. They will let me come in and get another mattress and spend more money, but I question throwing good money after bad. The first mattress they picked up they made sure to put a plastic covering back over it. I'm sure it is going to yet another customer. I started complaining 2 days after I got the first mattress and the same with the second. I would like to let others know what happens so they don't get in the same trap from this company. Ok, so I went back to the store after reading the response. The Mgr. agreed to exchange the mattress with a Sealy mattress. There was a problem with the manufacturer and it took longer than expected to receive the mattress. Just rec'd new mattress this weekend. The person delivering took pictures of the "old" new mattress and the terrible sagging. The new mattress has a little sagging in the middle and it is not the normal size for a Queen mattress as it is about 2 inches shorter in length - 60 X 78. I went to the store again today to see if I could resolve this. The manager I was dealing with is no longer with the company but the new manager is supposed to call me. I can't help but feel that I'm getting product seconds. Holding on to hope that American mattress can deliver a first quality decent mattress!?! As expected, I did not receive any calls. I walked in and Mi Mi engaged with me right away she took me to school about the many different types of mattresses that I never really knew about she even had me to try out some of the beds while I was there which actually helped me to come to a better decision on the exact type of mattresses that I needed and let me tell you she was a huge phenomenal help to me I ordered me a serta firm pillow top mattress I had to buy that because I have 4 spinal compression fractures on my spine and I need the best bed for my back and mi mi helped me to come to that conclusion I want to say thank you to her with her exceptional wisdom and knowledge and for her outstanding attitude towards the general public the world needs a million more just like her and because of her over all attitude I will be shopping there for all of my mattress needs and I will definitely tell everyone about her thanks American Mattress for hiring her and thank you Mi Mi for all of the help you have givin me you have helped me to sleep better for at least another 10-20 years. DO NOT GO HERE ! I purchased a mattress from here a few years back and had no issues so I figured I would come here again for my daughter’s mattress. The salesman was really nice and helped us out right away. I was told the delivery would be on Feb 8th but never received a call or email letting me know of anything has changed. I had to call myself and find out that the delivery was going to be put off another week. Again, no call or email to let me know what was going on so at the end of the week I called over there and was told February 24th or maybe March 8th. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until the week of the 24th and still never heard anything and all my phone calls were ignored. I ended up going in person yo the store and found out that they didn’t actually have a set date still for delivery. I ended up canceling and went right to Mattress Firm in Bloomingdale where they helped me out immediately and got me the same mattress in a few days. I highly recommend staying away from...
