UPDATE AS OF 1/6/2019 We went tonight, tried it again after some time and hoping customer service was better but it was not. Their customer service is not professional at all. I've worked in the fast food industry and have learned that the best rule with dealing with customers and food is to be flexible and listen to the customer. It seems that the store manager is lacking incredibly in how to adequately train their managers and staff. Not only are the portions small like everyone has shared in other reviews, but it's ridiculously small portions opposed to other locations. I asked the girl for only a "few" more pieces, about 2 or 3 pieces. She asked the manager and the manager told her that I would have to buy a small size order. I asked the girl again and she went back to fill my bowl with 2 more pieces and the manager stopped her and told her to tell me to buy a small side. I do not blame the girl who helped us for the poor visit service, I blame the manager and store manager. I've asked at other Panda Express locations for a few pieces when they don't give a reasonable portion, and they ALWAYS add a few. No issues and they understand where that request is coming from. I will call tomorrow to speak with the manager as today's manager was not helpful when confronted. I also want to speak with the store manager to look into their customer service. The food was good, but it's not worth it. Customer Service is extremely important, because that goes hand in hand with food in a fast food location. We will NOT be returning to this location, and would suggest everyone to try any other Panda Express location. I highly recommend the Panda Express in Northlake, near Elmhurst!!! They are the BEST!!! The food is always fresh and their customer service is ALWAYS friendly and professional!! Not petty with their portions either. I hope this helps others.

We go here often, but there is something off about the customer service. I've gone through several Panda Express locations, but this one takes the cake on bad customer service. I hope they work on it. Nevertheless, the food is always amazing, so 3...
Read moreOrdered on the Panda Express app as I usually do. It said my order would be ready at 7:55, when I arrived it was 7:50 so I parked in the parking lot and waited, at 7:54 I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up. I went to the drive-thru where there was one truck ahead of me ordering. When I got to the speaker I said I had received a text that my pick up order was ready and gave my name, after a minute she asked me to repeat my name which I did, she then said it would be about 5 minutes until my order was ready, I again said that I received a text and I wouldn't have gotten in line otherwise, she very rudely said just pull up and by the time you get to the window it'll be ready. So I did. Still behind the one truck who was at the window, I sat until 8:08, yes 13 minutes in the drive-thru after being notified that my order was ready. By then several cars were behind me, she opened the window and stuck out her arm with a bag that was double tied and a sticker across the knot. I tried to feel through it quickly to make sure everything was there but I didn't want to tie up the line any longer so I left. Getting home only to find half of my order, none of the sauces and cold food. Seems the food they bagged had been sitting for a while so I'm wondering why they said it wasn't ready. Or maybe it was that the person ahead wasn't ready, to which I can't understand why you wouldn't have them pull forward to wait. Now I am splitting one meal between myself and a 12 year old because I won't be driving back to have my order fixed after a very long day at work. Please do better or hire people who care enough to do better. I understand that mistakes are made but it was the rudeness that made...
Read moreI love Panda Express but this one always seems to have problems when I go. It's convenient because it is on my way home from work and has a drive thru but otherwise the ones in Naperville and even Wheaton are far superior. They always overcook the cream cheese rangoons there is even a picture on here of them overcooked. Sometimes so hard you can hardly chew them. Drive thru takes forever. This last time we ordered teriyaki chicken but they gave it away to someone inside so had to remake more. If they see they are running low they should start cooking more ahead of time. They said it would be 15 minutes and were going to give us the rest of our food but it would have gotten cold so we had them keep it warm. 20 minutes later they said it would be another 8 minutes. 30 minutes later we had to go in to get the order. They said they would give us spring rolls and egg rolls for free for our troubles but only gave us a burnt order of cream cheese rangoons. And forgot plum sauce which we asked for so we had to go back around the drive thru to get it. Theu weren't even busy. I think I will drive extra just to go to another Panda next time. Like I said I am a big fan of Panda Express but this one kind of tarnishes their name. And I can see from other reviews I am not the only one...
