Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Glendale Heights

Update 8/19/2020- We still enjoy the pizza but are frustrated by a few things. The online ordering takes the delivery cost and tax into consideration when suggesting your tip. Commonly, a tip is based on the food cost only so that's annoying. In addition to that, it stated a delivery cost of $3.99. I tried to place an order and got an error so I resubmitted it... Only to realize afterwards the delivery cost had jumped to $6.99. I went back into the system afterwards and it's quoting a $3.99 delivery fee. Ugh.

January 2020- This place changed my mind about Domino's. We stopped ordering from Domino's years ago in favor of local places. Our kids were begging for pizza and we didn't want to spend the huge amount the local places charge so we decided to give Domino's a try again, since it had been YEARS. We ordered hand tossed and tried thin for the first time. It was prompt, incredibly hot, and made perfectly. We ended up ordering again a week later because everyone in the house wanted it again! I used to not be a fan of Domino's until I tried it again about 2 years ago. Now that I've moved to this area, this Domino's has failed twice. These photos are from September 2021 where we received a sandwich with hardly any chicken on it and a pizza that didn't have ANY sauce. We tried them again last week to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered extra sauce on the pizza (I refrained from the sandwich after the last one I received). I don't have a picture of it, but the sauce was in a soggy puddle in the center of the pizza without reaching the outside about 4 inches to the crust. It is very disappointing to have received food like this especially when it really isn't as cheap as it used to be. If I'm going to spend around $40 for pizza and such, I might as well spend a couple of dollars more and actually enjoy the food that I've paid for.

Pizza ordered for my 4 yr old son at 604pm. Then at 635 pm I tried calling the store and no one answered. Finally I had to order something else for me and my son at 640 and I got it before my puzza was delivered. Pizza Finally showed up at 658pm. I asked to have mod call me and never called. I called the store 7 times and no answer. Finally got an answer on call number 8 and mod (jessica) only can tell me that nothing they can do she is the only one in the building. This is by far the worst I have have ever had service. I get everyone is short handed, but that is when you turn off delivery service and only have carry out. I work in a restaurant and understand you have to cut back if you can't support the business. Unacceptable to run a business this way. Find somewhere else to get your Pizza.
