AVOID THIS LOCATION. I’ve yet to have a good experience here. The first time we went the girl working was absolutely clueless and took forever. At least she was able to get us something because the order we received wasn’t even what we wanted. Service is slow and the training for the employees is terrible. Speaks volumes to whether or not the General Manager running this location is even qualified to have the job that he does. I recently had a terrible experience with him, the General Manager. Picking up my mobile order I was told to go ahead to the second window (mind you this was my first order on the app so I opted for the free whopper) and upon reaching the second window I’m greeted with an angry and hostile GM telling me “you skipped ahead of everyone and you didn’t do this right. I can’t help you with anything until you go back and do this the right way!!” What?? The person before you TOLD me to come to you. I also didn’t skip ahead of anyone. I waited, in line, for quite some time. So I went back around since I had food that I paid for. I was checked in “the right way” but told that I wouldn’t be given the whopper because it didn’t print on the receipt????? Was told there was nothing they could do and I needed to go. EXCUSE ME? Read moreI really didn't want to leave a bad review, but after the second and third bad experience here I felt it was necessary. My first bad experience I remember the cashier being annoyed by me asking her a simple question through the drive thru. As I drove up to the window I heard her saying something to a co-worker explaining that something had annoyed her. She then gave me a big fake smile and said have a nice day. Second and third experience I drove up to the menu and wasn't greeted. I sat there for a minute and finally said "hello?" The person taking orders finally said "can I help you" but not in a friendly manner. The person looked upset about having to take orders and run them to the customers car. Honestly they don't even get enough business to be that mad about having to work. They really need to re-train their staff at this location. Read moreIt was just remodeled and they did an awesome job and I hope that all Burger King's look like this. The food was good and the staff is friendly also it was a super comfortable atmosphere with free Wi-Fi. I hope that Burger King turns on the self-service soda machine soon🙋♂️ my only complaint is I wish they would turn down the music a little bit but otherwise really wonderful experience❤ also add tomatoes on your dollar chicken sandwich it tastes amazing👍 update 2021 I'm not going to be too hard on you but I just got a soda from there it was a refill and when I left I had to pour it out because it tasted absolutely disgusting and I took a giant drink it was very disappointing. I don't know if it was the CO2 or whatever it was but it was so gross and I hope I don't get sick. It just had a super sour taste and I'll still be a customer but please make sure it doesn't happen to me or anyone else.
