I typically don't come to this Burger King anymore because once a few months ago I saw the main manager sleeping in her car in the parking lot but it is often a burden to have to drive further away from my job for lunch so this day I decided I would just come because I haven't been in a while. The other day when I came I walked in to give my order because the drive-through line was rather long and the manager with the name tag of Romi Offered to take my order I said yes and as she's taking my order she tells me hold on a second walks away and took quite some time to come back then when she came back she asked me to repeat my order again taking another five minutes of my lunch break that I already can't afford lose. I repeat it and then she asked me to wait while she tried to figure out the computer and then she asked a cashier where to find something on it once she figures it out I stepped back to wait and quite some time later with an attitude she turned around and asked what I was waiting for I proceeded to tell her I was waiting for my food then she asked for my receipt and clarified again that I didn't get my food to which I responded yes and that my lunch break was about to be over and I had been there already for almost 25 minuets just waiting. Finally I got my food and it's still not right when I told her she told me well that's what you ordered I told her that it was incorrect and she said okay fine what do you want? At this point I was so aggravated I just left TERRIBLE customer service I won't be coming back again why doesn't the manger know how to work the computer and why do her employees have better customer service than her when she should be setting an example?!!! Read moreYesterday I was at this burger king to order a whopper for my son. From the beginning, when taking my order, the girl at the drive thru was very rude. It seems that she who was taking the order was upset because my son took a little while to say what he wanted and for that reason she also make me wait in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes for no reason because there was only one car in front of me and nothing else, then when I got to the window to pay the girl who was told me that I only ordered the sandwich when I had ordered the full meal and then apparently the manager or supervisor named Sussie comes out and tells me that she can't serve me that I had to go to the front and get out of the car and go back to make a new order in the lobby, and also that I couldn't use the coupon that I gave her because I should have said so when I made the order, she didn't give me any other option and treated me very badly and I explained to her that I had ordered a meal and that perhaps the girl had not listened to me well but she was very rude, she just said that she could not help me, and she closed the window in my face, I think that she at least could have looked for a solution, something like changing the order but She didn't, and what I received was rudeness from this person named Sussie. Read moreon SUN 25 Sept about 12 noon i wanted to Get Lunch.. so i visited this location and had the worst service at this BK in a long time, which was a first.. on top of it, Rest Crew did not noticed i was VIsually impaired when they Tried to tell me about the Sign about the SOda machine not working... the Poor gal they came back from break was unaware of the Soda machine issue and handed me a Lg soda cup... i had to ask 3 times about what was available... my food was Hot.. but service could of been better... i was finally able to Get sweet Tea, when i asked her co worker if i could from Machine on Drive Thru side [ behind Counter ] it Had been a while since i have been here, and NOW you Have to Get a Token to Wash your Hands / Bathroom. a day Later, Monday while i was home , i finally ate my Sandwich, and it Had Pickles.. i thought i ordered NO PICKLES.. anyways, i used to Stop by This BK alot more when i Lived down the Street.. plus its 4 blocks away from my CHurch at 63rd. after this recent Visit, i wont be by as often..
