Extremely disappointed in this establishment and the way their staff behaves. We have never been here before and purchased tickets through Groupon ahead of time and first when we arrived, we were not greeted, I was then informed I had to pay an additional âGroupon taxâ. The guy asked me if we already had socks, I said yes, as we already had grip socks from 2 other places we have gone to. Our kids went off to play and I decided to order a few things from their snack bar. They have NO food list or menu with items and prices listed anywhere. I ordered pretzel bites, chicken nuggets and fries, with an extra order of fries and a drink. When I got the pretzel bites I asked where the cheese was and she said âoh you got cheese?â And I said well I was never offered cheese so I assumed it came with the pretzel bites. She said sorry and asked if I wanted cheese which I did, so I paid an extra $1.08 for a small side of cheese. We got the rest of our food and noticed they decided to smother our side of fries in cheese sauce (which is NOT what we asked for, we did not ask for any cheese at all). It was at this point I noticed that I never received the drink I had ordered so I yet again had to go back up to the snack bar to ask about my drink. After letting all of this go, my boys continued to play and they announced they were opening up their climbing walls so both of my boys excitedly jumped in line for this. It was at this point (after playing for over 2 hours) that an employee approached us and said that we had to buy THEIR socks specifically in order for them to be allowed to play there. I told her we were not informed of that and the kids have been playing over 2 hours so if they are going to force us to spend more money for their socks that we are just going to leave at that point. The employee said âwell go ahead and have them do the climbing wall because theyâre already in line and then you can go ahead and leaveâ I thanked her as I knew it would be upsetting to my kids to have to abruptly leave like that. I left them in the line to go get my sister to explain we were leaving and when I got back a separate employee was literally arguing with my 7yr old about how he couldnât do the wall because of his socks and he was trying to tell her his socks have grips on them and showing her his socks. I walked up and explained the situation and she still denied, so another employee came up and asked who I spoke to before and I gave her a description. The employee left and came back shortly after saying that we had to buy the socks or they couldnât do it. I told her I was going to go speak to who I spoke to and she followed me, she spoke to the employee and came back that we still had to buy the socks because thatâs what her âmanagerâ said. I said âeven though we were told they could do it by another employee â and she said âwell that employee is not a managerâ. At that point we had to explain this to our boys who were extremely upset and brought to tears over the situation! This place has HORRIBLE customer services, from the time we got there until the time we left, every interaction we had with the staff was horrible! They looked like they hated their jobs and did not like children. We will NEVER be back!! There are many other better indoor play establishments! The only reason we came here was to try someplace different and new but it was AWFUL and we will...
Read moreThe lady that welcomed us was very sweet, but she was the only positive thing about this place. She was the only one working as well. For such a big place, running the concession stand AND checking people in AND cleaning its too much.
It is UNSAFE for your kids. The equipment is OLD and torn and falling apart. There are gaps between things where I saw 2 kids get their feet stuck in the one hour we were there. Another got hurt because the foam between the trampolines is no longer attached and moved so she landed hard on the bare springs and sat rubbing her ankle for a while.
Theres not much for Toddlers to do. Its disgusting and dirty and grimy.
We'll be disputing it with our bank. We got charged for 2 hours per kid because thats the minimum, and with 2 socks it came out to $60!! The kids got bored after one hour, especially my toddler who could only really jump on the trampolines because nothing else was operational. The center area where kids can launch balls with the cannons, not working. The little foam roundabouts they can sit on to spin, broken, dont spin.
The ball pit, disgusting. The balls were legit brown when they were meant to be clear.
The foam pit, we had to take a bath when we got home because it was all over their hair. Theyre all ripped up and old.
There was a WATER LEAK in their "obstacle course" and they just put up a sign saying it might be wet lmfaooo Imagine the mold thats growing here.
They just slap duct tape on everything and call it fixed haha!! EVERYTHING has duct tape on it. Its all broken! The floors are legitimately brown and cakey where all the kids roll around and put their hands on.
The rock climbing wall, closed.
Even the massage chairs for the parents were torn and ripped and old.
One of the open pits in the obstacle course legit just had miscellaneous pieces of foam blocks and ball pit balls and a foam mat to keep kids "safe." đł
For 60 freaking bucks I expected much more.
Pictures are included.
Honestly, just go to Uptown Jungle on cactus rd i believe. Its clean and we had a lot more fun there and its cheaper.
Im not sure how this place passed...
Read moreThis place is huge! First time here was on a sunday and it was PACKED , tables were sticky, floors were sticky and trash everywhere! Staff is friendly but they are definitely young. I know what it is like to work in a place like this and they are definitely overwhelmed and understaffed. They ran out of pizza, the membership was cheaper to pay for then a day pass. They have an under 5 area but everything needs maintenance!!! Literally, the whole place needs to be reported for saftey issues. It has wear and tear thats typical of a childrens place but considering they have a giant mazeto crawl through- it has so many potential spots where a child could get severly injured or worse. I do not recommend this place for anyone woth a toddler. I believe preteens and teens would love it if yoj dont care about health saftey. They have several ball pits and foam pits but the foam is so severly abused it looks like its decades old and has been taste tested by every child in that place. The coolest thing is that there is soooo many spots to sit and observe which i did love, the arcade area is super old and outdated but it brings backsuch nostalgia- i didnt mind it. This place is full of stuff to do and adults would enjoy it too, in fact i think theyd make tons of money if they did adult nights and sold beer lol but maybe not . They have icee which esrnes them so many brownie points and have several food spots nearby as well as a cafe. However as insaid , they are overwhelmed and understaffed. Pizza has ran out and they almost never have lids for drinks. They do not allow outside food unless you pay up $25 . If you plan on bringing your under 3 toddler- be weary!!! There are big kids running like track stars everywhere and no employee supervision. The trampoline is super cool but so many exposed parts where a kid can slip through or fracture soemthing. The place needs a month deep clean and some desperate management but i think most people can ignore all that. Its why they make you...
