Armando was very helpful and explained everything to us in the store. Our delivery was great. They set up our couch perfectly. Because of this really good experience, a week later my son bought a couch from Armando. This experience was completely different, however. When it came to the delivery, they drop the couch off and did not set up. My daughter had to set up the storage for the chaise herself. She had to go through two different individuals because the part that plugs into the wall into the couch was not set up. I contacted Armando because of the issues. He had promised that the following day he would contact my daughter since my son was at work on what could be done because of the delivery not being done correctly because the set up was not done. He never called my daughter. Instead, he called me three days later. He said that I said it was OK if they delivered some pillows as compensation for the issues that we had. When we spoke a few days earlier, there was no mention of pillows He talked over me several times. He was telling me how he was off of work and that’s why he couldn’t call. But he was the one who promised to make a phone call at a specific date and time. After all this, he has never called my son who paid for the couch. I asked him to no longer contact my daughter or myself and only contact my son with how much of a refund he was getting returned because the set up was not completed. Because of our really good experience in the beginning, I thought that we had found a place that we would continue to go to for years and recommend to other people. I no longer feel that way. If you do decide to go here, it is apparently a 50-50 chance whether everything will be perfect or a complete disaster. I would like to make an additional note that Armando continuously asked my daughter and I to create Google reviews with good reviews on them because there was some kind of a competition at his location and he needed to have good...

Wrong furniture delivered and now I’m stuck with it because of their terrible customer service! I ordered a sectional online for a furnished rental property we own out of state. The sectional they delivered was not what I ordered. I called and they confirmed they had delivered the wrong one. I asked for one of two things - 1) I would keep it but would like AT LEAST my delivery fee reimbursed or 2) for them to pick it up and bring the correct sectional. They would not refund the delivery fee so I asked them to bring the correct sectional. I told them the current tenant was gone already but I would be there in 4 weeks. The property would be vacant until then. They told me that they would come get the sectional they delivered in error the following day and bring me my new one whenever it was available. I asked them to please wait until I was there in 4 weeks as I didn’t have anyone to meet them at the house and the furniture I ordered wasn’t even in yet. They said if they didn’t pick up the incorrect sectional the following day then I was stuck with it. Those were the exact words. Looks like I don’t have a choice but to keep this furniture I DID NOT ORDER simply because they can’t wait to pick it up until someone is there and they won’t even offer to refund the delivery fee. They acknowledged the error was their fault but apparently aren’t willing to do anything to fix it. I will never buy from them again and wouldn’t recommend anyone...
Read moreInitially everyone was amazing love the furniture however decided to take part of the promotion of 60 months no interest with 30% off the furniture and issues have since arised. I received my first credit card statement and it indicated i elected into the 18month financing, which i am totally okay with, however the 18 month had an additional incentive of 50% off the furniture as opposed to the 30% offered with 60 month financing. I however only received 30% because of an error within the finicancial cashier that was working that day. She selected the wrong finiancial promotion. Mind you my wife and I had to open separate credit cards because the financial representative made errors when submitting our information in as a joint application. It was obvious she was either not trained correctly or was completely her job negligently. I say this because 1 credit card is on the 60 month fininacing and the other is on 18 month financing. The sales rep only spoke to us about the 60 month financing because that’s all we inquired about. The manager Adam was aware at the time we were also only interested in the 60 month financing because he was present when the deal happened. The sale went past closing time and it was rushed. They so far are not honoring either promo and the manager Adam is trying to resolve this issue however there is no urgency to keep me as the customer satisfied.
