Lesson learned, when you have that bad feeling about a place, you should leave. LEAVE! Even if some of the staff are nice, it is not worth it. I don’t have a problem with the 2 really good hygienist. There was a different hygienist who did not look at the chart & had the other dentist give me an extra shot I did not need on one of my last visits. Problems with Insurance /being an in network patient /them being an in network dentist an paying way to much for one dental implant. They are supposed to be Delta Dental PPO in network dentist. See pictures. I should have left after the free consultation; after seeing the reason they were receiving 5-star ratings was because there were signs saying give us 5 stars & win a free TV & listing how many received them already. I did not leave because the hygienist, Perla, was very friendly & I liked her. I had paid upfront. (Too trusting.) I also started to feel uneasy, because every time I came in the dentist would always shake my hand. It did not seem sincere. The financial person, Letti, did not seem to know what to do with insurance. I said I was covered, but they claimed they contacted my insurance, & I was not covered. Later I found out they did not actually contact them & the system they used did not inform them correctly that yes, I was covered by Delta Dental. When I asked them to contact Delta dental, they said now the price was going to change. I did not understand that, because they were supposed to have contacted them in the first place. When my husband contacted Delta Dental & they said we are covered & to have them submit the claims, so I would get reimbursed for what the insurance pays. Now it gets interesting. The billing lady does not want to. So, the first claim went in & was denied; it was for the X-rays that were supposed to be included with the free initial consultation, but they charged me for them & put in the wrong code, denied. I had said it was supposed to be included in the initial consultation. So why are you charging me. Did not get a valid answer. 2nd claim went in & I asked for the reimbursement of $921.00 from the insurance. They said they were going to wait. Okay, I don’t want to cause problems because they were working on my implant. When they do submit the next claim, they put in codes that were not on my original treatment case. Now there is a charge for D6011, one which was not covered, & it has a cap of amount allowed for $133.00. They charged $1,841.00, because I had asked them to submit the insurance claims. That cost was not on my treatment plan. They added it so they would not have to reimburse me the money from the insurance company. It is not money from them, but from Delta Dental. If they are in network, why would you charge a patient for out of network costs? I do not think they know what they are doing, because the lady in charge of the billing did not have answers for me & seemed nervous when I asked about the insurance. See pic of additional info to many characters to post here. Now when I asked when I was going to get the reimbursement, they were not going to give me the amounts the insurance paid them. Letti saw my explanation of benefits & said they will give me part of it, later she said I owe them money, but I do not need to pay it. I paid $3,472.00 for my implant and added an extra $100, they said I needed to pay. I paid $3,572.00 for one tooth implant. Then the insurance paid them $971.00 and $723.50. Now the total cost for this in-network member was $5,266.50. They wanted me to get my cleaning done there too. I said no, I have a closer dentist. I should have had the work done there, but they did not want to go through insurance either. But it would have been cheaper & closer to where I live if I had. Lesson learned, when you have that bad feeling about a place, & you think "I should leave!" Leave!

His assistant tech Jasmine is the best! she was fast and worked diligently with the Doctor, very caring and kind, and very much astude to everything she needed to inform me of before during and after the proceedure. Both of them were excellent. Before that I had some cleaning done by the doctor and another tech, that was awesome too. They both did a great job. then some whitening proceedure by Courtney and she did a great job. The whole staff from the front desk to the Office manager Lettie on... are a great team. they work together diligently to do the work seamlessly and fast, while very kind and caring! I'd like to point out that the dentist deserves credit for being very patient and careful of decisions and checks with healthcare PCP and more to make sure he does not make mistakes. For instance I have fatty liver and I've done wonderful things to lose that problem, but because it is a history of mine, he took the extra care precautions to do one side of deep cleaning at a time. That way he could use half the dose of injections when doing the work. Because with fatty liver, some medicines can cause another liver problem. that said, he got a medical clearance from my PCP first and then we went to work but still, he took "extra precautions." ----Great staff, great system, they are very prompt in decision making and with state of the art equipment and technology so as to enable quick precise results. Doctor Naimi is a very caring doctor and he works diligently with the rest of the staff to get what you need-and-want. He is great about listening to the patient. I am deaf and they took extra time and precaution to make sure I understood them clearly with marker on eraser board and written notes with great understanding to my deafness! They are prompt when you arrive for your appointment and friendly with smiles and the whole staff works hard to be quick and make it as comfortable as possible. I liked watching nature scenes on a beautiful flat screen tv while the technician who was very good, was doing ex-rays. Never have I enjoyed ex-rays before, but it was...
