I put in my normal morning app order and went in to pick up the order just over 5 minutes later. My food was ready and my daughters hot chocolate was good to go but my coffee wasn't done yet. I grabbed what was ready and stood there.... and stood there, and stood there. I watched other customers with mobile orders come in, they also stood there and waited. The line to order inside was empty and there were 2 baristas working near the pick up area. A few of the others waiting went to the counter and specifically asked where their drink was or if they even had started to make it. One specific barista acted like it was too much trouble to anwser questions. The baristas never acknowledged the crazy amount of people waiting. Didn't apologize to the group of us for the wait, didn't ask another baristas working for help that she obviously needed. The service was so slow that 20 minutes into my wait for my latte I gave up. I was going to be late for work. The cashier was very nice and offered a refund but my phone was in my car, since I planned on just grabbing my things and leaving like normal. The 2 baristas heard that I was leaving and one mentioned that she made my drink wrong and didnt have time to remake it. I looked towards her and watched her take a lid off a drink behind the counter and pour it down the sink.... Then she looked at me and rolled her eyes. ROLLED HER EYES PEOPLE! I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure I was done with high school 15 years ago. I was so frustrated I was shaking by that point. First, if you made it wrong and knew you did so then it IS your job to fix it. Second, you had 20 minutes to remake that drink or at least let me know what was going on. I was desperate enough to leave I would have taken the messed up drink and been on my way. Third, control your eyes! You might be frustrated with me,and trust me I am not your biggest fan either but you're not going to see me rolling my eyes at you. I feel bad that the cashier had to witness my frustration but the whole thing was ridiculous. If you can't make the drinks, demonstrate a sense of urgency when you are working, or just be a decent human being by keeping your eye convulsions to yourself then maybe being a Starbucks barista isn't the job for you. This is the closest location to my home and is right on my way to work. I have seen many of the same workers over the course of the year and the ones who have stuck around are amazing. I just can't with some of the newer faces. Sadly I dont plan to use this location again. I will go out of my way and hope that I find a kinder and more...
Read moreTwice this week I have stopped at this location after 2pm because it is across the street from my work and lets face it when you only have a 30 minute lunch break your distance options are limited. I order the same beverage faithfully. And have been a faithful Starbucks customer for many many years. But this location can never seem to get it right and they don't care when they get it wrong. My drink is simple... nothing extravagant. Grande iced espresso, artificial sweetener and cream to the top. Saturday after waiting in the drive thru line for almost 15 minutes when I finally made it to the window (and only 3 other cars were ahead of me with 1 and 2 drinks per car as I could see what was being handed out the window) my drunk was made as a hot drink....I politely explained to the barista I ordered it iced.... she walked my drink around the corner and 5 seconds later it was handed back to me in an iced cup.... they took the hot drink and poured it over iced so when it was handed back to me only a few pieces of ice remained. I didn't have another 10 or 15 minutes to wait so I took the drink and drove back to work so I wouldn't be late returning from lunch. Today.... Sunday I ordered from the same location the exact same beverage and with another looking wait (this time 4 cars ahead of me) finally made my way to the window only to see that my drink was made in a venti iced cup.....I said to the barista I ordered that in a grande iced cup and she took my beverage and holding back the ice with the lid proceeded to dump my drink into a grande sized cup splashing it all over the cup.... then she dumped the ice into the cup making it now overly full and then stuck a lid on it and slid the first cup down into a second cup what a mess....I had to drive back to work with my drink out of the car window so it wouldn't spill all over my car. When I pulled into the parking lot I tried to put the straw into my beverage... still holding it out the window of course only for it to overflow anyway and run all down my arm.... needless to say this location is a huge disappointment..... their listening skills are lacking, drink making capabilities for basic beverages are lacking and their customer service skills are also lacking. So very sad that the barista promise at this location seems to be a concept they...
Read moreWhenever i go its usually a good experience but at times they can be rude and past 2 days ive went had bad experiences . 1 was they were very rude 2 when waiting along time ppl who ordered after me got there drinks before me waited so long just to get my order . Then today went thru drive threw and they told me they dnt take 100 bill you guys shld really put a sign up inside and in the dru thru lane she was very rude about it after sayin ill be bck she just shut the window ... I wasnt gna go bck after tht bt really wnted my coffee so i went bck after gttn change this time went inside because line was very long so i went inside no line great after explainin i just ordered in the drive thru he didnt even check and look for my order guess they threw it away after i said i wld be bck another thing is the guy told me they only except 100$ only at certain times wich was very weird then the guy makin my drink didnt know how to make it kept askin how to make it put way too much milk didnt put carmel at all when he gave it to me i had to tell him he forgt the carmel so he just put it on top when its suppose to have some in the drink too i then called and no one offered to refund or help me just asked me to check my drink before leavin i never really have bad experiences bt lately i have also my family went 3 days ago ordered a big order then when they got home some orders didnt even have a full cup full definitely disappointed i would recommend checkin ur drinks before leavin . but usually very good if you guys wld just fix these problems you guys would...
